Top Notch Customer Service. I originally went in to have my truck looked at and was told I needed a specific part replaced. I had it repleced and it cost a little over $300 with discounts for working in the area. But after I left I noticed the problem I came in to have fixed was still there. When I went back they noticed more things that were contributing to the problem that went unnoticed the first time. This time it was going to cost over $400 with heavy discounts. The manager, Ken, was determined to make things right with me though and ended up doing all the work for no charge and only charged me a little over $100 for the most expensive part. Everything else was eaten by the company. This is the kind of customer service you don't see much anymore. I will use them again and recommend anyone I know to use them as well.

I needed regular service for the car. I partly chose them because I live near 5 Points in Riverside and I could walk home after dropping off my car. The regular service was $35, but I also had AC trouble. They found a vent problem that would be $700 to fix, but the car was OK without it, so they just recharged the freon, which was empty. It was all done in a short time. The mechanics I met were very professional and polite. I got a really and quot;honestand quot; vibe from everyone there. The garage is no-frills, no-decoration, but that just made me feel like the mechanics were just interested in fixing cars, not selling tires or and quot;extended warrantiesand quot;, or special additives, etc. I'll be taking my wife's car there when it's time for that service.

AMAZING SERVICE. THEY PICK UP AND DELIVER MY VEHICLE BACK TO ME (I WORK NEARBY) PREVIOUSLY I HAD AN EMERGENCY AND JOHN RESCUED ME WITHIN MINUTES. SERVICE LIKE THIS IS UNHEARD OF. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!

I love the man to death. He is very fair and excellent. He has got an excellent reputation. He is really a great guy. I would recommend him to anybody.
