Greg Williams cleaned our dryer vents. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor. The dryer vents out the ceiling. Mr. Williams thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside vents. He was prompt and courteous. We are completely satisfied and recommend Mr. Williams highly.

Greg did a fantastic job cleaning out our dryer vent. He took the time to show me how the dryer was performing before and after the cleaning, and getting all that lint out made a big difference! I will definitely have him out next time the vent needs cleaning.

Mr. Williams was very professional. I had a 12:00 appt. He called and was running early and asked if it was ok to come then or wait until 12 which was nice. He explained what he would be doing before starting. He found that the roofers had left a screen over the vent and it was caked with lint blocking the vent. He asked if I had seen the 25.00 off coupon on Angie's list. I had not but he left me pull it up and applied to my bill. I would definitely use Jax Vents again.

I called JEFF Williams of JAX VENTS for my annual vent cleaning. JEFF was prompt and arrived right at the scheduled time. This is our 3rd year in a row we have used JEFF at JAX VENTS. WE would not use any other dryer vent company. JEFF is honest, trustworthy, professional and dependable. He goes above and beyond to do an outstanding job. When he has completed his work he leaves the dryer area clean and ready to be used for washing and drying clothes. I've had other vent companies before BUT, FOR THE PRICE & SERVICE PROVIDED, JEFF at JAX VENTS is without a doubt THE BEST PRICE PER SERVICE. I was very pleased with the service provided by Jeff. He was very professional, communicated with me very promptly when scheduling and prior to arriving for the appointment and arrived exactly as scheduled. He worked very efficiently and explained everything to me during the process. My laundry room was left spotless after he completed the job. Jax Vents offered the best price of several vendors that I contacted prior to hiring them. I would very strongly recommend Jax Vents for dryer vent cleaning and plan to have them return when the vent needs cleaning again.

Technician on time // on the dot.. Gave the ducting thorough cleaning. Cleaned out the vent from the roof also. Replaced the taping where the venting joined together in the attic. Suggested that the duct be replaced at the time of the next cleaning. Tested the dryer to ensure that it was venting properly after the cleaning.
