I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. It is priceless and I am forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend you call them for any clogging disruption you are experiencing in your home. You will be so happy you did.

They arrived on time ready to take care of my drainage issue. I knew right away that they were the right company for the job. The equipment was all brand new. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained every detail, provided pictures and video of exactly where the problem was, and flushed the drain clean. Last night I had to call an emergency plumber at 1.00 am because my bathroom was flooding due to blocked pipes. That little trip and one hour of work set me back over $860. The guy then said I needed the whole system hydro-jetted which would take 3 to 4 hours and cost over $4,000! I did some research and found Jax Hydro Jetters LLC. I very rarely write a review for any company but this is one that deserves attention. Today Sebastian, a very conscientious young man, cleaned out all the lines in my sewer system using advanced equipment (way beyond that used by your average plumber), blasted out a couple of tree roots and even checked the septic tank. He showed me what resembled an underground colonoscopy, pointing out the problem areas and then showing me how they were now eliminated. For just $1000 all my sewer lines are clean and clear and I will not have to worry about toilets overflowing, showers filling with water and baths taking forever to drain. If you have any issues like this, I recommend you call Sebastian at 540 680 1523. He’s been in this business for over 10 years, has great diagnostic skills and absolutely knows what he’s doing.

I was having plumbing issues and called jax hydro Jetters. The guys took time to explain that my main sewer line was backing up. My service was complete the same day on time might I add. They were very thorough and very cleaning. From foot booties to masks to protecting my floors from there machines. When they finished they took time to explain what happened what they did and educated me on preventative maintenance...very easy to talk to down to earth and Patient. I keep my house immaculent but I think it was cleaner once the left and they followed up with me to make sure everything was still working. 20 out of 10. Definitely would recommend.

Sebastian was very professional. He quickly found the blockage and cleared/cleaned the drain. The price to do so was fair, I didn't feel overcharged or upcharged. I will definitely use JAX-Hydro Jetters for any drain issues.
