Only delays were caused by Covid supply chain issues. None by contractor. He made arrangements to minimize those interruptions. Once again room turned out beautiful.

I will call Richard and his entire team for any future projects in my house. Richard took care of building the entire unit for my mom like if it was his own home (included brick walls, kitchen, bathroom, living room , bedroom, porch, floor tiles, customize cabinets , barn door and more) Richard is caring, professional , honest and took care of all details from beginning to end. When notified that I had major exterior and interior damage from a tree falling on my roof, Richard Henderson was at my home within 2 hours of my phone call. He immediately tarped over the gaping holes in my roof. He was back the next day to review the damage in detail and provided me a quote for the work needing to be done. After reviewing and accepting his quote; he and his crew came out and began work. Richard helped his crew to insure they knew what was to be done and then left them to do it. He came back several times, over the course of a 2 week effort, to review the progress, offer suggestions to us and provide guidance to his men. His crew headed by Darrell were polite, professional and efficient. Their work quality was excellent.

Costs were in line with other contractor bids. Surface quality appeared good initially. However, Incore did not use qualified and licensed workers for plumbing or electrical indicating it was not 'necessary'. None of the plumbing was in code and had to be re-done. While Incore paid for the repairs, we had moved into the house and experienced flooding due to backing up pipes, missing vents and wrong pipe size resulting in the floor warping and possible long term structural damage. The structural damage was not fixed. All tile grouting was done incorrectly and wiring was not in code. The air venting for the addition was incorrecty and directed more than half of the air conditioning to a single room. Incore fought me on making repairs but ultimately paid but only after some very nasty communications with false accusations from Incore. Final problem was that permitting was never done as per contract and now - a year later - is still not complete. The owner of the company is charming but unscrupulous. He offers made-up nonsense for excuses hoping you do not understand what he is talking about. Further, he tried to blame my husband and I for the problems indicating that we were to act as 'engineers' (neither of us are engineers, nor represented ourselves as such). The quality of the materials used was seriously below representations and expectations. For example, he insisted on using OSB for the flooring in the addition. I refused and made him take it out and use quality plywood. With flooding resulting from incorrect plumbing, if he had used OSB, all flooring would have to be replaced. With the plywood (at my insistence) only the wood flooring warped (which he has not corrected). Futher, tile manufactures recommend a flooring of 3/4" ply, another 1/2" ply and then Hardiboard. Incore used only 3/4" ply and hardiboard and now the floor 'gives' under pressure - all this is in the laundry room where the washer and dry add additional stress and load. No load bearing calculations were done. Eventually, Incore supplied a professional drawing, but load bearing calculations have never been provided. Eventually, they stuck a few pieces of 2"x6" under some of the supports and called it a day! I have held off writing a poor review in hopes that permits would be completed and repairs made. However, over a year after services were completed, there is still no permit. Further, now I am experiencing additional problems due to poor structural construction in the laundry, pantry and guest bathroom. This has been a nightmare and unfortunately continues to be so in particular since I am now beginning to experience the problems due to poor quality materials and workmanship. I would strongly suggest giving this company a pass on any future business. For the price - the same as any other reputable company - the quality, professionalism and adherence to contract is nonexistent. Look elsewhere for your contracting needs.
