A normal eye exam should take 30-45 min. I was there for 3 hours. The doctor will try to sell you health vitamins which have nothing to do with your eyes or why you are visiting. He will persuade you to watch a video about the vitamins on his ipad. He will also tell you Steve Jobs gave him the ipad. I think there might be something wrong with this Dr. I have also made 5 attempts to have him fax the results to my primary eye doctor in another city. They never do it. One time they told me the fax was not working. It's a doctor's office I don't know how they operate without a fax machine. I will never return to Dr. Howell
