I have always used them since I bought my house over 13 years, and they have always been very responsive.  They have merged with another company and this is their new name.   They come out annually for termite control.  We had a flare up of termites in one area, and they came out and took care of it right away.

The inner-wall system that Home Team Pest Defense installed works very well. They leave a list of what they do and inform us of particular infestations in the area. We always get a follow-up call asking if we are satisfied. It is an excellent service.

Home Team Pest Defense does great work. They contact me through a postcard letting me know what day and time they are coming out (I don't need to be there). They are excellent at keeping up with the eminence. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Home Team Pest Defense goes above and beyond what they are asked to do. They sweep the foundation to clear away any grass clippings that have accumulated since their last visit. They are very responsive and often show up the same day they are called.
