It went great. We had this done for my mother in law so we did everything by phone. We were kept up to date on thievery and my mother in law was very comfortable with the work and the people.

From the first contact till the new air conditioner was three days! In the July heat I was impressed at how fast they got it done.

Went perfectly! Arrived on time, gave estimates for various ways to solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable in the area of air conditioning units and in the end we did not have to replace the whole unit,. A/C was repaired and he did what he could to save me extra costs. In the event that we do eventually have to replace the unit, I will definitely call Forrest Tucker's to do the replacement.

Absolute professional. Forrest was at my house the same day I called, and this was just before 4th of July weekend, so he was extremely busy. Identified the problem with my AC unit within 5 minutes, had all the parts in his truck, which were all new parts from the best manufacturers. My house was cool again, literally within minutes AND he gave me a great price (2 brand new parts and 2 hours of work) .... this is my AC guy for good, never calling another provider ..... thank you Forrest!!!

Forrest Tucker showed up on a Sunday to help us out with a new house we bought at foreclosure. He was the owner and a consummate professional. Forrest erased all our fears over the hvac condition and did not pressure us into purchasing anything more than we needed- just filters.

Forrest is an excellent technition with a great work ethic. He showed up promptly to troubleshoot my inoperable heat pump, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the inside air handler by himself and ensured it worked fine. After he finished, he cleaned up everything and actually cleaned my floors! I really appreicated that! His professionalism and work ethic is hard to find in this day and age. I highly reccomend Forrest Tucker for any heating and air conditioning needs.
