FL Cooling (Eric) was very professional.  They were flexible with the installation timing and worked to make it happen to met my schedule.  Great pricing.  Highly recommended

The basic system prices were available on-line. Eric Ancliffe made a estimating visit and confirmed the prices plus the specialized thermostat that I wanted. The price of the unit was as specified on their website. Installation was completed on the specified date by Eric and an associate. Their work was highly professional with no wasted time. It was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. I was impressed. Eric pointed out the need for a condensate pump because of the final location of the inside unit and the outside drain. It was installed a few days later. Incidentally, during the estimating process, Eric actually recommended a smaller unit than the one that I selected.

Great.  Eric was very professional and serviced my unit within 3 hours of my fist phone call.  I'll definitely keep their number to use them again.

There was no charge because, there was nothing wrong with the system. I would not use them again. When the air conditioner was on it would make a loud banging sound. They were great when they installed it. I had to call them three times and it took them a month and a half to get out here.

The A.C. To the bonus room went out over the weekend. Eric came first thing Monday and got the unit running in about 15 minutes. Considering the unit is 15 years old, we were very pleased with the repair. Eric did not try to sell us a new unit.

Our original heating unit failed and we contacted the Florida Cooling Store after view numerous other websites.  Installed prices are posted on their website...what a refreshing idea.  We knew exactly how much each unit would cost.  We sent pictures of our original equipment and discussed our needs over the phone.  They showed up on the scheduled day on time and had the job completed in two days.  Paid the exact amount on the estimate.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to Eric and his team for their promptness, courtesy and overall professionalism in solving my HVAC issue.  I just purchase a foreclosed home that we thought had a functioning HVAC system based on the inspection, but only needed a charge.  What we found is that we had a mismatched system (2.5-Ton Heat Pump and 4-Ton Air Handler) which were well past their serviceable age.
Given the expense of installing a system, I wasn?t able to just pay out of pocket to have one installed.  Fortunately our weather has been very mild, but knew the heat would be approaching soon.  Eric was very aware of that fact and worked with me in finding a solid financing solution, after filling out a simple application, we were approved and the unit was installed very quickly.
During install, Eric and team worked quickly and cleanly, explaining the installation and what they had done, in addition to making sure we had their information for any future service issues.  I am very impressed with all my conversations and the service we received.  I must say it?s very hard to find such quality individuals in the service industry, especially those that understand the meaning of building a solid business through their words and actions.

I called him on 04/03 and explained what was going on via email. He asked me to check the system in order to avoid  a service call unless necessary. When we couldn't fix the unit  he told me he would have to look at it.  He arrived on time and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a detailed way while troubleshooting the system. He answered all questions.  I liked the fact that he asked me to check simple things to avoid the SC and the cost. if possible. Anyway he is a good guy and would recommend him to anyone looking for sales or service.

I highly don't recommend this company to anyone!

We initially contacted this company through the website to get a quote to replace our broken central air system.  We received an immediate email response and a phone call from the owner, Eric Ancliffe, a  few minutes later.  Eric is extremely knowledgeable about the differnt manufacturers and models.  He patiently answered our many questions and took the time to understand our needs and budget.  With his help, we purchased a system that we know willl suit our situation for years to come.  In fact, we were so comfortable, we called him back and arranged to replace our second aging sytem at the same time.  We had met with other companies and were very pleased with his competitive pricing.
He arranged to do the installation in just a couple of days.  His installers are neat, polite, and friendly.  They worked very hard all day and left the work areas completely clean. From start to finish this was an extremely professional job.

I contacted Eric for a quote to replace my air conditioning. After giving me an initial estimate over the phone, he came to the house the
same day. He evaluated the space available and recommended a smaller unit (3 ton, 13 Seer) than had been recommended during a previous companies estimate. He stated the larger AC would be too loud and would not fit into the space available. This reduced the cost of the job.
After I accepted the quote, Eric worked with me to get the installation done quickly. He arrived on time and worked through the day until finished. He was pleasant and professional at all times. He performed multiple checks on the work to insure there are no leaks. He cleaned up when he was done.
The final price was exactly what was quoted.
