They were great and on-time.  They finished the work in a timely manner.

They clean floors, bathrooms, kitchen, make beds and dust furniture. Usually 2 women work as a team. Often the same people but not always. They are always punctual. They provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. I am pleased with their work and have been using them for about a year now. I am probably too tough to only give a "B" on quality but it is not quite as good as if i did the job myself. If I have a request or concern, I call the office who makes a note on my account to ensure future cleaners know my request. Cost is a little more than I used to pay when I lived near Philly, but I had to provide supplies then so it probably balances out.

It was an average job nothing outstanding and nothing bad about the cleaning.

Service was great.  Tech was punctual(even early).  I was skeptical if he could really get the floor clean so he offered to do a test spot for me.  This was not an easy thing to do.  He had to pull everything off the truck, just as if he was cleaning the whole floor!  The process worked great and he proceeded to clean the entire floor with great results!  Very clean, tidy and professional!  Will surely use them again!

Excellent.  We had attempted to blow our dryer vent out for 21 years and purchased new washer/dryer 3 years ago and worked great first couple of years but last year it was taking twice the time to dry a load of towels, sheets, etc., so had company come to inspect and he said it was my dryer vent needed to be cleaned and recommended I call Sears.  I use Angie's list for most everything now so contact First Coast Home Pros.  I was given appointment and the technician arrived a little early, very professional.
He accidently left the bag of lint on the house and called them, the owner, Josh called me immediately and had a truck come right out to retrieve it.
Two months now, I emailed to say my clothes weren't drying again and within 2 hours, Josh calls me and states the vent on my house which was installed with my new roof wasn't the 'ideal' vent as it clogs up quickly and emailed me a copy of the proper type and agreed to send his guys back out again.  They came today and I must say that I am not easily impressed with customer service these days but this company has the best employees I have dealt with in a long time.  The young men were very sincere in taking ownership of what needed to be accomplished and it is quite obvious that they enjoy what they do and it is a great reflection on Josh and his company.

They are excellent. They would go beyond what you would ask them to do. I think their pricing is good. They are great. They are responsive. They will call you ahead of time before they even show up. They are very punctual. They confirm their time and call you if they are running late. They will do anything extra that you want them to do.

We love these guys.  Have used them for carpet cleaning and for house cleaning services.  No matter what it was they were always professional and did a fabulous job.  Constantly exceed expectations.

Purchased a Big deal for First Coast Home Pros. He was very professional, considerate and called when he was running behind from his earlier job. He cleaned the grout in the kitchen floor and sealed it. He did a very nice job.

I bought their Big Deal coupon which was $99 for 200 square feet of tile and grout cleaning.  They were excellent.  I was absolutely pleased with them and would definitely use them again.  They did a great job; I had no complaints about it.  They neither did it for a short time nor took forever.  Everything was spotless.  They were very polite and nice people.

A very professional crew came and pressure washed the outside and they went over it taking extra care to remove any little marks that didn't come off with the pressure washer. When they were finished; our home looked new. We have had it pressure washed about 4 times in the past but no comparison to this job. We will definitely use them the next time our home needs pressure washing and would highly recommend to anyone. They also took the screens out and cleaned all our windows on the outside. We have an enclosed all-season room and I am an avid backyard bird watcher so clean windows are very important to me. They did an excellent job; far better than what I can do so I am going to let them do from now on. Highly recommend for windows too!

They were in time, polite and very quick. I had stains from where my dog got sick. They said, "No problem," and fixed it completely.

It went great. The crew was punctual, professional, and detailed. I even got a follow up phone call after the dryer vent was cleaned to ensure I was satisfied. That is excellent customer service in my opinion! I have received estimates from Josh for other services (pressure washing, windows, etc) and I will most certainly use them for this.

It didn't turn out as well as I hoped. I don't think they did any better job than I could have done.

Although I watched the entire process, I couldn't tell that the grout was any cleaner, nor that it had been sealed.  I asked the operator about what to do with cracked and/or chipped grout, and he had no information.  I gathered that the entire floor must be re-done, essentially.  That there is no repair available for such problems is odd.  I thought, if the job were done satisfactorily, that we could move on to a repair service.  I think this was no "Bid Deal" but a waste of time and money.  There was no discernible change in my tile floors.

Prompt, diligent, professional...  did a thorough job.

Showed up on time for estimate. Set up date for 6 days later. They called 2 days early

because they had a opening. Unfortunatlly we weren't ready. They were on time for the job. 3 men, 2 pressure washing and 1 using a sidewalk scrubber. Finnished in just a couple hours. Very professional. Good guys.

I sent an email to the company via Angie's List late Sunday night. Josh responded via email by 6:30 the following morning. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate and explain services. (Make sure to have Josh explain that the cost of the first cleaning is twice the single rate, so you are not surprised that first time.) I called the company the following morning to schedule my first cleaning. I elected to go with the deep cleaning package (instead to paying twice the single rate for that initial cleaning) because I thought it was a better deal, especially with the member discount. The two cleaning ladies arrived on time and unloaded all their own gear and cleaning supplies. They worked steadily and efficiently. They were professional and pleasant. I had to leave before they were done so I gave them a key (because they will be cleaning our house every other week). Price was as quoted and payment options were convenient for me. The whole process was efficient and seamless. All their employees are W-2 and background checked. They provide work comp as well. They provide a range of services so I can call on one company for many types of jobs. Well done First Coast Home Pros and thank you Angie's List!

Very Well... as I stated above, we started with F.C.H.P. a little over 2 years ago (after reading all about them on Angie's List). A representative of the company stopped by, checked out our home, asked what services we needed, and told us what the bi-weekly charge would be. We came to an agreement, our home would be cleaned every other Friday and for a set fee. Two ladies arrive, immediately begin cleaning and approx.. 2 hours later they are finished,  The ladies are professional, tidy, and thorough. All supplies and cleaning equipment are brought with them and nothing is left behind (especially dirt and dust). Thus far, this has been a great experience.
