We have several teams of specialists who focus on using their expertise to provide specific services to our customers with the highest standard of professional care. Our employees all undergo vigorous training, drug screening, and background checks prior to hire. We never use subcontractors and we never charge a travel fee or fuel surcharge within our service area. First Coast Home Pros is an excellent company. From this experience and one with their carpet cleaning (see another review), I was thoroughly impressed. Whoever does the hiring for this company is doing a great job, they have hired quality young men who care about doing a good job!!

I give them all A's.
They're all "A" across the board. I would absolutely use them again. They also put in a Teflon coating, if you fill something on it, it doesn't soak into the carpet. It was wonderful. I also use them for my windows, gutters, and pressure washing. They're just a real topnotch company and the people coming are always outstanding. They're very nice and do a great job.
Their representative was at my house at the scheduled time. Very nice and professional. She took all the measurements outside and inside, then broke down the quotes exactly as I needed. All pricing was good and as expected, especially the pressure washing. I could not have rented the equipment and done it my self any cheaper. We set a date for them to do my driveway, I did not need to be there.
Even though it was dark by the time I came home day of cleaning I could tell they did a good job. I was especially pleased the next morning to see what a great job they did. Everyone comments on how great my driveway looks now. First Coast Home Pros are great people to deal with. They are in constant communication with you before, during, and after the job. I strongly recommend them and will be using them in future.

First Coast also stripped and cleaned my slate floors earlier in the year that too was a job very well done.
Although I understand the necessity, I'm not crazy about having to pay $40 for an out of area charge, when I know the time it takes to travel to beach, Mandarin and other areas takes longer because of traffic and lights, the distance to Nassau county is further but virtually no traffic.
I would highly recommend First Coast Home Pros for any job in my friends and families homes.

"Thank you for your report! I understand that the out of service area travel charge to Callahan is frustrating as a customer. We wish we didn't have to charge the fee, and within our regular service area, we do not charge a travel charge. Unfortunately, though, we just don't do that many jobs on that side of town, and so it is out of our normal service area. Typically when we schedule our teams out for the day, we put them in one area of town for the entire day. So if we go to the beach for example, as you mention, we will do several jobs while we are there, and so we don't require a travel charge for that area since we will be in that area all day. However, for areas that we are seldom called to go, such as Callahan, in order to operate efficiently and keep our prices fair for all of our customers, this is something we have to do.
