Called right after lunch to order specific model of faucet. They had it delieved the next day at a fair price. Wife is happy faucet has been replaced!

Went to showroom to purchase light fixtures. Was greeted by the receptionist who told me to wonder around by myself. No attempt made to find a salesperson for me. I wondered around the premises -- twice. I caught the eye of several salespersons, but every one of them looked away; not one asked me if I needed help. After 15 minutes of this, I left. I got the definite impression that they couldn't be bothered, and that is not a good way to treat potential customers. If you don't want to assist walk-ins, then make it clear that it is by appointment only.
