Brett was super on explaining the process. The installers were very courteous and worked very hard on getting the fence put in. I would recommend them and hire them again if I need to have the other side of fence replaced.

The two young men who installed the fence were very professional and friendly. They made sure I understood every step of the installation, were extremely careful to clean up the work site and were very respectful of both myself and my property. Bret the salesman did a great job pitching Fence Installers, as well as in-depth description of the job, product and gave the best price beating out four competitors. The installers were on time, worked hard even with it raining at times getting the old fence removed, cleared from my property and new white vinyl fence installed. Looks great! I called several companies before I hired Fence Installers of Jacksonville, Brett came out to my home to look at the project before giving me a quote. Several other companies were only willing to quote over the phone. Brett made it easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

With many contractors, you donâ t experience follow up or updates or timely work, but in the case of my experience with fence installers of Jacksonville, the opposite applied. Very professional and competitive. The salesman Brett, was very informative and was the liaison through the whole process. My calls or text messages were always answered immediately. They had to remove several large branches and cut down small trees, they did all that plus a Kitty door for no additional costs. Well worth the investment, and my gate was custom made, again no additional charge. Very happy customer!

I was contacted by Brett. We set up a time for him to come by to look at the project we needed. He came the next day and spent a good amount of time (and patience) in answering my questions. He met the price that another company had given us, and I preferred working with Fence Installers. We set a date and two young men came out and started the fence, then returned the next day and finished the biggest part of the job. I was amazed at how fast they worked and they were friendly and polite. When we need more fencing we will definitely call them again.
