The job went very well. Todd came out to review the project and was very helpful while scoping out the work. He provided his input, but also took my concerns into account. The finished product matched exactly what we had discussed. I would absolutely use Eagerton for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

I highly recommend this company. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing work. My house had the poly piping that had a reputation of bursting and flooding your house. I decided on Eagerton plumbing for the job. They gave me a quote and started the work the following Monday. there was three guy Wayne, Sam and Nick that showed up on time and got right to work. They performed the work in a neat and orderly fashion. They listened to my requests as to how I wanted it installed. They laid down drop clothes so not to leave foot prints all over the house. I asked them to change a few thing they had installed (outside (facet) and they did it without looking at me like I was nuts, they said it was there job to satisfy the customer, imagine that! They cut quite a few holes in the wall to get to areas that they needed to work. I was concerned about that but, they said not to worry that someone would be out to patch the holes. The next day a gentleman showed up, patched the wall in about 3 hours they look perfect and all I have to do is paint and I'm back to normal. Hats off to Wayne, Sam and Nick.

Great!! Rhonaa (sp) in the office was very helpful. A gentleman named Walter came to our home. He was prompt and responsive to questions. He worked hard and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend contacting this company for irrigation issues.

Exceeded expectations. This was a big job. I've used Eagerton in the past with happy results so when I needed this major repair done, they were my first choice, since I knew I could trust them. It's a messy job cutting up concrete foundation. For good measure, I got an estimate from one other local plumbing company. While professional, their guy told me I'd need to have a cleaning company in to clean the entire house ceilings to floor from the dust that would be created and that I'd be out of the house up to 2 weeks. And their estimate was 50% more! Eagerton sent out the boss who reassured me it wouldn't be that bad, barring unforeseen issues and he was correct. We were only out of the house for 1 night and that was by choice, not necessity. The repair was done in 3 days and they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. They were also meticulous in removing boards on my deck to access pipes. They didn't break a single board and put it back together. If you need slab work done, Eagerton is a great choice!

Well, Eagerton was involved with a bathroom remodeling project of mine back in May, and one of the bathrooms we had remodeled we don't use often. Now that we have guests in the house, they are using the toilet that Eagerton took out and reinstalled, and it is making a funny noise. I took a video of it and sent it to Bret, who diagnosed it and called me to tell me what to do to fix it. He said that if this doesn't fix the issue, they will need to come out and take greater steps to fix it. What I thought was wonderful is that he was willing to help me because I'm an existing customer and they are absolutely willing to stand behind their work. Believe me, one guy you ALWAYS want to have on your side is a plumber you can trust. Eagerton has proven that to me over and over.

Did not fix the drain pipe and no idea how to install Hydro water heater systems. Took 3 hours to install and not able to understand the directions (manual) which usually take an hour to install the water heater. Later used another contractor and paid $150 to install the drain pvc pipe to connect to existing drain.

Awful service. We re did our kitchen and called them to hook up all our plumbing back, our first service which should have been maybe a couple hours give and take considering any issues they may run into took 4 hours which gave us a sense that the person did not know what he was doing however the nightmare came a couple weeks after service where we noticed that the drain pipe started leaking so we contacted them again. This time some other person comes to help who was totally unprofessional the minute he walks in. He kept using the F word the entire time at the job because he wasn't capable enough to the leak. I even noticed him slamming my faucet because he was frustrated fixing it and I was forced to get upset and very sternly asked him not to slam my property. I was done by this point and a couple minutes later he finished the job and asked me to check but I was so upset that I just asked him to leave my house ASAP. Never hire them people, unprofessional bunch of people and very rude.

My experience with Eagerton was top shelf. We recently had our kitchen counters replaced, and we changed our sink from a double to single bowl. The aforementioned work was to be done on a Thursday, and unfortunately we were informed with only 24 hours notice. I called Eagerton on Wednesday. I should have taken names so they could get direct credit. The gentleman I spoke with was considerate, professional and friendly. He told me Friday was a busy day, but that squeezing me in wouldn't be a problem as long as I accepted the condition that the work would be done without specifying a time (hence the N/A for punctuality). Agreed. When I noted I found them on Angie's List he reminded me of the coupon they were offering. He went on to further explain their policy of charging for travel time. This policy requires 15 minutes of travel to the location where work is being done be part of the hour billing. Therefore the coupon, which is for an hour's worth of labor, includes the 15 minutes which meant in truth it is only 45 minutes of labor. Anything beyond that hour would be charged in 15 minute increments. That effort towards clarity spoke volumes to this companies character. When the employee arrived he was also friendly, and we were able to converse with ease. He explained, in detail, the work to be performed, and that if extra parts were needed he had them on the truck. The only hiccup we encountered was the need of a specialized tool to install the faucet. Thankfully I had placed that in an organized area so it was easy to find. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. The finished product was exactly what I had hoped for, and the time I saved by not having to perform this task myself was worth every penny paid. The only negative to this experience was leveraging Angie's List to communicate. I had sent Eagerton a message via their page on Angie's List a week prior, however I never received a reply. I would recommend calling them. In my experience communicating using Angie's List is a 50/50 option. In closing, Eagerton's "A" rating is well earned. If you're looking for plumbing services this should be your first call.

Showed up late, but called to let me know he'd be late. Worked efficiently. Cleaned up after himself and quality of work was excellent.

The first time a plumber came out he wasn't very professional. He didn't cover his shoes before he walked in the house and it took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to change out a flapper and a handle. Within a few days the I was having problems again the handle didn't work and the water continued to run. However, the second time around, I had a gentlemen come (Bruce #67) and was very polite, kind, a true professional. He came in looked at the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes. I wish I would have had him the first time around.

It's unfair to judge a company by one employee. Eagerton Plumbing has been in business for decades and must provide generally good service or it would not be successful. Nevertheless, I can only write a review on what I experience, both the good and the bad. The bad occurred when an employee of Eagerton arrived at our home to replace a valve on a water line behind the our refrigerator as the result of a special I saw on Angie's List. While the exact details are unknown, the plumber may have improperly installed the valve or the valve may have been defective. In any case, after he completed his job, water leaked from the valve and went unnoticed for several days until water flowed through the walls and into our living room. The good part occurred when they sent a plumber on an emergency basis to fix the leak. He responded quickly at 11 p.m. and did a professional job. Interestingly, he took considerably more time to carefully replace the valve than the original plumber. Both were master plumbers but there was a world of difference in their approach to the work. The end result was thousands of dollars in damage to our walls and our flooring. We had to spend time at a hotel because of the noise and dust from numerous fans installed by the insurance company to dry out the walls. We are still working with contractors to fix our walls, replace our flooring and repaint the rooms affected. What should have been a one-hour deal has turned out to be a major inconvenience for us. I'm not sure of the lesson here. This should never have happened if the first plumber had been more careful. However, the company did stand behind its work and get it fixed when it was important.

I called several plumbers to get an an estimate on replacing my hot water heater that had begun to leak and unfortunately was in the attic. All the estimates were well over $1000 . The last company I called was Eagerton. I should have called them first. The service guy , Allan, called me when he was 15 minutes out so I didn't have to leave work hours before he got there just to wait. He was waiting on me when I got home. Unfortunately , they did not tell him that the water heater was in the attic so he was alone. No problem. He made a phone call and in 30 minutes someone else was there to help. I have a very old house and nothing is easily replaced. The simplest repair takes forever because nothing is standard. The water heater was no different. It took a while but they were completely professional about it from start to finish . It was hot and dark in the attic while he repiped every thing but he did it with no complaints and even asked for my mop to clean up some water that had spilled in the laundry room when they removed the old water heater. And the final bill was exactly what I was quoted. Not one dime more for having a second guy come out or anything. Now I have a new water heater that I don't have to worry about . Professional people and quality work.

The service went very well: the plastic valve was replaced with a brass ball shut off valve. The stub copper pipe was fixed by attaching a "shark bite" to it. Very happy with the repair.

Plumber showed up on time, did good work, honest, did not have the parts I wanted but home office was too far so I was ok witht he part he had.

I have to rate Eagerton Plumbing as 5 star. Having tried several competitors recently Eagerton is hands down the best plumbing company in Jacksonville. The technician was Allen, he was excellent, professional, efficient, knowledgable and extremely competent. I could not be more happy with the service provider. The price was also outstanding!

Eagerton was very responsive and called the day after buying their service to schedule an appointment. They needed a day to get supplies purchased and the plumber showed up on time. He worked with the current lease holder to get all items checked out and answer any questions. I was pleased with the service and overall value provided by Eagerton and their employees. A1 company and will use again for my plumbing needs! Tom

Not well. Took a long time and charged me two extra hours of labor plus retail for parts. Had to have them come back because job was not done well. Scratched a faucet with no offer to give a discount. I will not use them again. They returned after the weekend and fixed a leak that continued at no charge, but no apology for not getting it right the first time.

There was an unusual fitting that came as a surprise during the repair. With a little creativity and running out to get a new part the problem was fixed.

Very pleased Eagerton was able to send out my favorite technician same day I placed call. He worked very hard to find my clean out valve and when he couldn't locate it, he climbed my roof in the dark to get the line cleaned out. I offered to have them return in daylight, but he wanted to get me up and running. This is my 4th call to them over the past 3 years. They are my go-to plumber and I will use them in the future. Chris was also able to recommend and advise about 2 other issues I'm anticipating in near future. Don't let the gruff guy who sometimes answers the phone put you off. He's a pro at running his company. Go buy yourself a lollipop if you want something sweet. ;)
