Very professional work. Cost was very reasonable and they also did additional work on replacing the sink, vanity and toilet.

Description of Work: They were to replace a Delta shower conrol cartridge It was difficult to get the old conrol unit out. The plumber was very rough with it and in the process he broke the valve housing which contained the cartridge. He told me that it happened because it was old. But, when I called Delta tech support they said that should not have happened. There is a unit to help pull the valve and they are other ways to get a stuck cartridge out. It now looks like it is going to cost an additio $400 to replace the whole unit and repair the damage he they did to the shower. | |I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Checked a water line main for leak, reset toilet, replaced tub drain cover and stopper. | |Chris came out...very polite, professional, efficient as always. Cleaned up before left. Eagerton is my go-to plumber. Prices seem to be on target with rest of trade.

Description of Work: Replaced faucet in bathroom, but broke water pipe in process. Repaired pipe and called service to clean up water on floor. Took longer than expected so cost more for labor.

Description of Work: Had a clogged kitchen drain and a bathroom faucet leak. Chris arrived on time and used a mechanical auger to clear drain. The bathroom faucet was more difficult. The house was built in the 1950's. Original bathroom faucets leaked for quite some time. I had previously called out another plumbing company to fix the leaks but after an hour's attempt stated it would take a whole new replacement fixture to solve the leak. I paid this plumber for his time. When I asked Chris to fix the problem he worked at it and somehow stopped the leaks. Not all plumbers are created equal. Next plumbing problem I have, I will definitely ask for him. Great experience.

Description of Work: Arrived late, didn't do much then switch a few hoses for the hot & cold water. Wasn't even going to fix that but my husband demanded it be done. We only used them because on Angie's list they had a few good reviews. Well, my bad, the person making the appointments is abrupt and rude, should have ran then. There were schedule deviations as the plumber had no idea where he was going the day of the scheduled appointment window, plumber left knowing there was a problem with the dishwasher and it is still not working...! Never using this company again! The plumber was a nice guy, but work ethics are an issue. He didn't wanna do anything! It was always you go pick up the piece and I'll come back and do the work, yeah for another $85.00 an hour, not for us.

Description of Work: The workers were punctual and performed the work hired for. The only complaint I have is that they charged me 15 minutes, of the 1 hour purchased,to allocate for travel time. This was not stated anywhere prior to buying the deal.

Description of Work: Found main water shut-off valve. Replaced valve , charging about $38 in parts and material. I thought this was an outrageous markup for a $5 valve
