Description of Work: I initially was getting no cold water to my shower stall. A repair was made but about a month later, I was back to getting no cold water. As it turned out, another part in the control mechanism went bad causing the problem to return. The work was done and I only had to pay for the cost of the part.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie list voucher; the company came to repair a leak in the bathroom that was making carpet in hall closet wet. They cut the Sheetrock " repaired leak" and put sheetrock back. Fast forward the carpet in the closet was wet again, so we moved sheetrock to find the pipe was "fixed by wrapping gray duct tape around pipe". What a surprise. We would have paid full price for a true repair. Now there is a big mess and big repair because of the leak. This was not a good deal; I wish I had gone with someone else. I have the pictures to prove the duct tape repair.
