Description of Work: I got the "deal" and was told that part of my total time included driving, which is absurd. Withholding that detail until the time of service is not ethical or professional. The plumber didn't even connect the sink run-off hose correctly; which only added more to the final cost. Of course, we used another company.

Description of Work: The plumber adjusted the drain pipe on a Jack and Jill sink after getting a remodel/new counter top. He also fixed a loose temp control handle which involved getting behind the drywall of the adjacent room. He did not repair the drywall but, I had a painter/drywall guy already working inside that day.

Description of Work: I hired Eagerton Plumbing to fix a leak in my bathroom sink which is a pedestal bowl style made of clear brown glass. When the plumber arrived he announced that he had never seen one of them before. He worked for a while and said that he needed to order a part. He took pictures of the top of the sink drain and the area below the counter top and told me that he would contact me when he had the part. I have still not heard back from him. I paid for an hour of work and he was here for less than 25 minutes.

Description of Work: Fixed leak on bathroom faucet and replaced drain cap. The plumber caused extreme damage to my tub replacing the cap that will cause the tub to resurfaced to repair damage. |Lacked the ability/ skillset to provide a quote to replace faucet and had a horrible attitude not to mention appearance. |Do not recommend!
