Description of Work: I bought an hour of labor incl. service call. The guy spent 30 min. replacing a faucet. I asked him to look at a toilet next and he said that I already used 45 min, because of 15 min travel time, and it didn't make sense to even look at the toilet alough i wold hAve liked a quote). He did a perfectly fine job on the faucet but the 15 min travel time was a surprise and wasn't shown anywhere on the certificate I'd bought.

Description of Work: They were able to install new fixtures on the inside of my toilet as i noticed my water bill was too high and the old toilet kept running. Purchased a BD through Angie's List and I could not be more happy with their service. They were wonderful, very professional, on time and even cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Came the same day. Found the problem with shower within a few minutes. Determined that he would have to go get the part from parts distributer, which he did in a timely manner and had everything working properly within a very reasonable time. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed his work in a very satisfactory manner.

Description of Work: Plumbing was capped and removed under the kitchen sink in order to remove my kitchen cabinets. I also had them remove the garbage disposal system and retain the items for future installation. Simple, job - but, it could have been a major problem if the capped water lines started leaking. They did a great job, and I certainly would recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: They told me toilet needed to be removed to pull blockage out,in order for it to flush, but it might break if they attempted to do this. I gave the worker permission to do this, if it broke I would pay for a new one.He did not want to try, the toilet had sewage up to the top, messy job, but they should of been able to do it. Told me to call a carpenter he was unable to complete the job. I was billed full price for this incomplete job (85.00). - I called in Hartmann Plumbing, they came in pulled it out and job was done, within 30 minutes.
