Description of Work: The first visit they installed toilet and sink. Second visit hooking up dish washer and disposal. I had a farm sink installed but it doesn't drain real good. the guy said it's because it's not a split sink with two drains. That's the only thing I was disappointed with.

Description of Work: After ordering the service, the provider never contacted me to schedule an appointment. I had to reach out to them after several days to schedule a service call. I confirmed the appointment the evening before for a 9 AM appointment. The morning of the appointment, we received no telephone call nor did his service technician show up. When I called to get a status update at 9:45, I was greeted by a surly unprofessional man named Tommy. Tommy was abrasive, rude and unprofessional. Insisted that I'm out-of-state telephone number tried to call me to confirm the appointment on multiple occasions of which no incoming calls are registered or logged. He then proceeded to tell me in less than professional language, that he did not know when or if it technician would be available to handle my appointment today. An extremely unprofessional organization who I will never conduct business with ever again and I will spread the word to my friends and professional associates.

Description of Work: snaked a couple of drains outside the house the main problem was the serviceman he was so rude and short it was a horrible experience. Add to that the advance payment I made was just deducted from the bill it wasn't actually a discount. I would never use this company.
