Job was done very well, timely and reasonable.

Everything was fine except time of arrival. The appointment was for 9:00-9:30. At 10:30 no one had arrived or called. I called the company and was told my guy was busy with other customers and she would call when he was on his way. She called back at 11:45 and said he was on his way to my house. He did not arrive until nearly 1:00. Four hours late is not acceptable in my opinion.

The valve was broken and Glen it replaced and fixed the leaks.

The technician stated there was a blockage in the pipes outside of my home. So the technician dug up the grass and cleared pipes. A month later, the problems I was having before, continue to persist.

We originally weren't planning to replace that, but we found on the build out they found something. So, I went ahead and had them replace all that as well. That's by design; we're basically remodeling a house, so they can't do it all at one time. They did the rough in when the house was torn apart. Then, they do the build out. That's one of the last things that we do before we put the house on the market. We have them come in and put the toilets and the fixtures in. We just happened to stumble across the drain stuff and I went ahead and had them come back a third time to take care of that. It was two different individuals; it was a different plumber and plumber assistant that came out and took care of the drain.It took one day. I was given an estimate that said it would be in a range. It was until, they got under there to see exactly what the deal was. They said it could be this amount of money, but it would not exceed this amount. They had people bring the material that they needed from across town where their office is, so, they could stay underneath the house. They stayed all day until it was done, but they got the whole thing done. We still came in under that original range was that they gave me.

The same two individuals that came out in January, came out in March for the build out.

I was very happy with those people. They did an excellent job. Matter of fact, I'm using them on other properties that I have. So, I've spent a lot of money with them, give you an idea between January to March, I probably spent $10,000 with them. So, then I've spent another two with them after that. So, I've spent $12,000 with them this year. So, I'm real happy with Eagerton Plumbing. They're one of the oldest plumbers in Jacksonville, Florida. They've been in business almost a hundred years. Eagerton Plumbing is excellent, high marks across the board, no complaints whatsoever. It was a very competitive deal. I had prices ranging from $6,800 from one company. When I did further looking. The reviews were good on a site's listing, but when I looked where on a website and also a couple of other websites, they had bad reviews. So, I walked away from them. Then, I had them come back in and redo the drain lines also and that was like a little over $2,000. They did it in two phases. They did the rough in, in January is when they did the rough in. Then, they did the build in, in April. So, when I say the build out, that's when they installed the tubs, the toilets. Oh, by the way, they supplied all the fixtures. They put new tubs in.They did the rough out when we had the bathroom down to the stub. They did underneath the crawl space, all the piping as well as to each of the bathrooms and the kitchens. When we sealed all that up and got everything you know, built out and they installed the tubs and the toilets.I give them high marks, passed the inspection the first time. The inspector even said that they're one of the best plumbers in Jacksonville.The price was very competitive. I got four estimates and one was real high, one was real low. Then, two were right within a couple of hundred dollars of each other; really that's the way that it should be. That's what you look for. You're looking for that consistency there. A lot of the times people will low ball you to get the work and then they'll jack the price when they get on site. Then, you got others that's just like, we're the best we're going to charge you more than average market value. I consider them market value, they were fair on their price.Each time they came they had two people. The full repipe , I think it took them three days. They showed up when they said they would. They came in on budget, meaning they said they would do for the price they said they would do it. The last day they were there, the inspector came in 24 hours and it passed inspection the first time. That's a biggy; you don't see that often. They said they would be there by 8:30 in the morning and they were there at 8:30 in the morning. They called at 7:30 to let us know they were on their way. They were just very professional and explained to me what they were going to do. They ran into a couple of things. I was on site, so they told me this is the situation we've run into, this is what we're going to do to correct that. They advised me there would be no additional fee. They just wanted to let me know they were deviating from what they originally thought. They took care of everything, very professional and came in on budget. They came in at the time frame they said they would.

Everything was great. The representative was very nice. He worked efficiently and there was no mess!

The work took longer than I expected. I was particularly displeased, because the worker padded his time on top of taking too long to complete the tasks. When I called to complain, the office checked his time on his GPS and discovered that he had in fact worked less than he charged me for. However, when I asked for a refund, the lady on the phone acted like I was being petty. I was shocked. If I had discovered my employee was overbilling customers, I would have been embarrassed and gracious. I wouldn't have tried to embarrass the customer.

This was a wonderful transaction. I purchased the deal on the weekend. Early Monday morning they contacted me to set up an appointment. The appointment was set for Tuesday afternoon. Glenn called when he arrived as he was a few minutes early. He came in, looked at the job and proceeded to install the faucet. He was very informative and provided instructions and good advice on how to keep the faucet in prime operating condition. Very professional and informative, would definitely hire him again.

There were some complications, like our house has more than one main drain, so it took a lot longer than the plumber anticipated, but he did his very best to work quickly and he was very cognizant of the time and the price. He did his best to give us a fair deal. The main problem was solved and he helped with the slow drains in the rest of the house, though they may need further attention because it is an old house with little access to the pipes without knocking down walls. In the end he had to clean out our main drain which had a lot of sludge from the disposal.

The guys were exceptional and although this was a sizeable job they kept the mess down and minimized the water run to the attic where possible. They went out of their way to make sure to install adequate shut offs outside and made sure they were accessible. Also worth noting is the priority they gave to scheduling given the amount of hot water leaking though the slab

Crew (2) came out on schedule and cleared drain by taking it apart to remove trapped material. Drain than worked fine. After crew left, we discovered that the connection that had been refitted was leaking. Called this in and crew returned later in the day to re-do the connection, which solved the problem. Crew was very courteous and apologetic for not catching the leak on initial visit.

Second time I have used this company and I like them.

Perfect. Job extremely well done! We had to coordinate arrival times between the utility & plumber and we have water service now!

It took 2 trips to troubleshoot and fix but it was because a faceplate on the garden tub had to be removed by a marble company. They were thorough and cleaned up well after their work.

They had to come back because the first plumber did not do a good job and the problem persisted. After the second time they did correct it.

We are calling them back to help with the remodel. Seems like a really good company. Old fashioned in the since that they won't take advantage of you.

They are very honest. The come out and do a great job without trying to sell us something that isn't needed. They also have worked with us financially at different times.

I have used this company several times and each time I am totally impressed. They arrived on time with a call ahead to let me know exact arrival time. Very courteous and professional which does not translate into extra added charges or high prices. My drains all clogged up on a holiday weekend and they came the same day to try to get at least one toilet working til they could come and do an extensive diagnosis.. Unfortunately they were not able to get the line cleared because the problem was in the main drain line and required the city to also come to see if the problem was mine or the city's. So they didn't charge me for the emergency visit. When they returned on Monday with the city also here, they had the city use their drain camera so they would not have to charge me for using their camera. They finally found the problem(s) and were prepared and able to fix the entire line right then and there. They checked and double checked when done to make sure all of the problems were fixed and showed me all was working properly again. along the way they showed me each time they found something and explained everything to me. They have a guarantee so if I found any issues after they left they come back and fix it. The first time I had them come it was for 2 leaking toilets. They replaced the tank valves in both but being an older house one of the toilets continued to leak. They came back 3 times at no additional charge and tried 3 different valves before they found one that would work with my antique toilet. All no charge except for the first tank valve and labor. they not once added any additional charges for "finding another problem" or extra labor or parts etc. This is an amazing company with old school values and customer service and personal attention like it was before big chains took over.

They charged me $146.50 and determined that it wasn't from my shower (which I told them was new). They closed the bypass for my water softener. They did not notice that my flooring was buckling; I saw it after they left. There labor rate is $95/hr but also charge for 15 minutes of travel time.

They never contacted me to schedule work

Their service person, Glenn, came timely, as promised. The problem arose with his disparaging remarks about the quality of the unit I had purchased to replace the non-working unit. He told me that my unit was inferior to some others and "cheaply made." I did not ask for his opinion and thought he was out of line in saying what he did. I paid $150.00 for my new unit and was told when I purchased it @ Best Buy that it was an excellent 3/4 ton model for the money - the reason that I purchased it and felt well served. Other than that, which he repeated again during installation, he did a fine job and it is working well currently. I did not require a review of my unit or wish one.

It's fixed but the plumber spent a very long time trying to free the valve adding $$ to the final bill. While I appreciate the effort to keep my existing valve and save some cash, the older valve is 20+ years and obviously needed to be changed out. Some good news is the gentleman had the wherewithall to dig out the valve through a closet behind the shower thereby saving us more costly tile repair. For that, I would use them again.
