Description of Work: It was 3:30 p.m. when I contacted Eagerton with a clogged toilet. All their plumbers were out on calls and it would be the next day before they could get to me. I explained that my mother could not climb the stairs to use the other bathroom. Eagerton called me back, one of the plumbers had finished a little early and could make it to me that same day. Both the office and the plumber were very nice and pleasant. Through their extra effort, my toilet was back in service before 5:00 p.m. I will certainly call Eagerton the next time. They're awesome.

Description of Work: Unclogged sewer line, which another company had supposedly taken care of three months earlier at twice the price. Company representative arrived day after I called, at the time promised and took care of the problem. I was totally pleased with the results of using this company and will call them in future if needed.

Description of Work: Tommy the owner is a belligerent bully. They did work on my house before they ever gave me an estimate and then gave me an over inflated bill and didn't want to give me an itemized bill. I ended up paying it but I would never recommend his company

Description of Work: Work was done at my rental property. The Plumber refused to install the faucet set I had purchased and required he install one he provided (and charged a lot for). I was told by another plumber that the set was an OK set and he will install one in my bathroom.

Description of Work: Replaced tank to bowl gasket on toilet. Took about 10 minutes total. The plumber was very courteous and quick in resolving the problem. That being said, the cost of a service call for a minor plumbing issue (with any plumber) is frustratingly high.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken shut off valve on line for toilet. Failed to replace a leaky supply line to the toilet or even hook the leaking line back to the tank. Replaced a flush line for my water softener but used a piece of tube that was crimped to the point that the water softener is still unusable. I will have to get someone else to repair.
