Brian and Mike were great and did a wonderful job fixing my tankless water heater. However, I was given a window for the repair to take place between 8 AM and 1 PM - so I took off from work using leave time. But then they didn't come until about 5:30 PM. No communication that they would be that late.

After locating the tank access they opened and emptied the tank quickly , they closed the tank and recovered the access it was hard to see where they had been in the yard. Great Job. I had called at 8:00 am and they came the same afternoon.
