The service man showed up almost immediately, way before the estimate. Found the issue and had it resolved within 15 minutes.

The technician found a "bad joint" up in the attic -- something I would never have thought of. That's why you hire professionals.

Installer was very professional and polite.

They were only company we could find that was servicing residential property outages on the holiday that actually answered the phone. The tech showed up within 45 minutes of placing the call, troubleshot the problem & determined it was the JEA power meter. He contacted JEA & arranged for JEA to send a service tech out. He waited with us until JEA came out and then stayed through their troubleshooting. It turned out not to be the meter but the connections to the transformer. He stayed for the repair and verified that we had full service after the repair was completed. We were only charged the minimum rate for holiday emergency calls.

They never called me thirty minutes before showing up, and they charged me for it. The guy got here, and said he called you. He got an wrong number. Their back office is horrendous. I called the county this morning. They haven't called me back yet. They charged me for that extra half hour. That was not fair. They were very responsive. They were here when I got here. That's a weird one. They didn't call me. They didn't call. They didn't call me back.

They didn't show up on time. They had me waiting for three hours. They never showed or called. They dropped me off the list, even though I called to confirm it. Not showing up on schedule. The only real issue is scheduling and following through. I really like them overall. I was just frustrated that they didn't show up. I called them this morning for something, and they haven't called me back. They are incredibly professional. That is the people on the field.

They arrived after the 4-hour window, but once they arrived the job was done professionally.

Not only did they install two ceiling fans on the patio, they ran a switch leg for them and they installed exhaust fans in bathroom using existing wires and they also installed another outlet on the outside house. They are such good people to do business with. I wouldn't use anyone else.
