Both of my AC units went out due to power spikes, courtesy of Hurricane Matthew. It was already after 7pm when I discovered the issue, so I was heated until I was contacted immediately by Cool-R-Us. This was my first time using HomeAdvisor as well. Within seconds of submitting my distress call, Cool-R-Us had a technician Adam en route and had my family cooled down by getting one unit up and running that night and arriving as scheduled the very next day getting the upstairs unit going. Five-star rating on customer service, technical knowledge, cleanliness, prompt response, scheduling and COST! Thank you very much!! I will be a repeat customer without question.

Quick work and fixed what I needed for a fair price

The best Heating and A/C service I have experienced in the last 30 years. The staff that replaced my A/C unit were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The new unit works great. I was so impressed with the service I called them to fix my elderly parents A/C unit. Again, their price was reasonable and their service was great.

My ac unit was 12 years old & quit cooling effeciently because of leaks in the coils plus age. My electric bill steadily increased this summer. The owner returned my call promptly & came to my home the same morning. The new unit was installed the next morning. What a difference! Runs less & so quiet! Servicemen came out on a Sunday less than 3 hours after my initial request on HomeAdvisor. The repair was completed in less than 30 minutes and at a level beyond what we would have imagined. We intend on setting up an appointment to have them come back this week to perform a yearly service. Overall excellent response and quality work!

The company owner showed up for the initial appointment and explained what he would do and the cost of the work. The workmen showed up on time and did a great job. Then the owner called the very next day to see if we were happy with their work - we were VERY happy. Since then we had a few unrelated problems which they helped us fix. I will only use this company from now on. GREAT SERVICE!!
