We had Cool R Us install a new A/C-Heater last week and we had some issues that in no way did Cool R Us create. They stuck in there, did not try to gouge us in any way and solved all the problems. We LOVE our new system and would highly recommend this company. They have a superior work ethic and you can tell customer satisfaction is held in high regard at this company. Cool-R-Us is a Trane installer, a fact we didn't know when we set up the appointment with them. Glad we didn't know, because I would have missed out on a great experience and real value for our dollar. We ended up having quotes from four different AC replacement companies for a 4-ton service. Cool-R-Us was not the cheapest, but they offered the best deal in the end. It is difficult to compare prices from different companies because the difference in manufacturers. We got quotes from installers for Amana, Goodman, and Daikin systems. The Trane system from Cool-R-Us was the most expensive of the four quotes, but only by a few hundred dollars. We spent a weekend looking over quotes and learning way too much about single-stage, two-stage, and variable systems. In the end, we were able to upgrade to a two-stage 17 SEER heat pump for the same price of a single stage 16 SEER the next most expensive competitor was quoting. And we got a Trane. With their flexible financing options, we were able to put down the majority of the cost and finance the rest at zero percent for 18 months. They have other finance options as well, and they were really flexible working with us. Install was supposed to be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The crew showed up right at 9 a.m. and were finished and out the door by 1 p.m. They cleaned everything up and hauled away all the old equipment, and both the inside and outside units look very impressive and neat compared to what was there. If you can afford it (and you can if you finance), I highly recommend going Trane with Cool-R-Us. The house has never felt this cool and comfortable. I had no idea how important the humidity control is that you get from a two-stage compressor and variable speed air handler. They threw in the five inch Honeywell filter, which is already improving my allergies. And they even installed the UVC light we had bought right before our old unit died at no extra cost. Bottom line - if you need a new AC but don't think you can afford the most dependable name in HVAC, give Cool-R-Us a call and let them give you a quote. You might be surprised at how affordable it can be, and you will definitely appreciate the quality of the service and the product.

Pricing isn t the cheapest, but Lek s company is professional, provides quality service and is well worth the money requested. Compared to 4 other local companies, I felt more comfortable and confident choosing Cool-R-Us, Inc. Not Disappointed!

The pre-install inspection was thorough and informative leading to selection of a 2-stage Trane. Aldi called prior to arrival and we did a walk-through of the removal and install process. The team coordinated throughout the install and cleaned up afterwards. They showed me how to work the new control system and tested both heating and cooling. The new system is light years ahead of the old one!

They arrived on time and the installation of a new Trane system was smooth and efficient. When the job was complete everything was clean and neat. Truly exceptional workmanship and service.

This is our second experience with Cool R Us. Both went perfectly. They were able to spot the freon leak without testing, which saved us money. Their freon price per pound is the lowest I've seen in Jacksonville. While working on the repair, they found out that the fan blades weren't spinning on the condenser(?), so that saved on needing a second visit. Very good work, nice people.

They were fantastic. Id had Florida home out bc theyâ d installed the unit. They wanted over $450 to install a warranties control board. I went to Home Advisor, sent the request and was called within minutes. Cool R Us would install it for 1/2. When Aldi checked the unit it was a loose wire and I didnâ t even need the board so the call and service was even less. Saved me money, fixed it right quickly, was able to come early which is a bonus with the AC out in summer. Ive already told 3 people about them and their card is on the fridge for future work. Also never use Florida Home, warranties parts can be installed or fixed by anyone. Take a picture of the units serial # to send and theyâ ll look it up.
