Perfection is this company. When removing old unit in the garage they noticed the walls behind the old air handler were unpainted. They painted this area for us to match the rest. And they cleaned up all areas after the job was finished. Did everything they quoted and more. What a pleasant surprise this was to find old school principles still alive and well. Thanks Cool-R-Us. I live in California and have a condo I rent out in Jacksonville. The heater/AC unit went out and I was quoted a very high price by my property management to have it fixed. Cool-R-Us was recommended by a friend, not only were they cheaper, but Cool-R-Us gave me a better warranty. The job was done the very next day. Very professional and friendly. My job was for a 5 ton, 16 SEER, 2 stage heat pump, 2 stage compressor, and a 13 SEER heat pump for a bonus room. Lek not only provided the best price out of the other a/c company quotes, his estimate included a longer warranty, better thermostats, and new air handler duct connections. On installation day, 3 technicians spent nearly the entire day carefully removing the original 2 systems, running new copper and drain lines, installing and balancing each system, and cleaning up EVERY piece of debris. Used Cool-R-Us before on another home a/c system replacement. I recommend them highly.

In gathering numerous estimates for a new A/C unit Cool R Us was by far the best. They were the most thorough on the estimate, taking the time to inspect everything that needed to be done and making sure that they knew everything before giving an estimate. All other companies did not look at everything in detail and were very expensive. Cool R Us had not only the best inspection and estimate, but they were the highest quality units with a lower price. Keith Murray/sales spent the time explaining in layman's terms the operation of the TRANE unit, what to expect when it was operating (noise level, etc) and how it would save $$ on my electric bill. After a month's time, in 90/100 degree weather, setting it at 80 instead of 82, an extra person for over a week, and the grandkids 2 visits (3 of them opening and closing doors for 4 days)...I saved $50. The entire company from owner on down were knowledgeable, accommodating and professional.

I AM 55 YEARS OLD. I HAVE USED ALOT OF AC COMPANYS IN MY LIFE. THIS IS THE FIRST COMPANY I EVER USED AND WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH.
