Everything was done according to contract. Lez experience and acknowldge knew what I need. I tagged along with the technicians who installed the A/C unit did outstanding Job. Took them approx 5 hours to replace unit including duct work. Job well done. New Trane unit cooled our house less than 10 mintues awesome...Again Job well done...

They were on time and worked quick with high quality of work. Hihgly recommend them to anyone for any type of HVAC work.

Original company (One Hour) did not seem to know what they were doing or I thoughtI I coud get a better price for the part they said needed replacing. The owner for coolrus said he could get the part cheaper but that he wanted to check it out as he thought it needed something else. it did. He even went out of his way to check to see if the unit was still under waranty. Coolair was Hoinest and reliable

I don't normally take the time to provide written feedback for services provided but in this particular instance it is well deserved. I got informative information from the sales representative and great service from the technicians for a very competitive price. Once the work was completed they took the time to followup and ensure I was completely satisfied with the services and product provided. What I got was timely efficient service from professionals with a great attitude who could ask for anything more !!!

I needed to add a duct to a room that was not cooling. He should be what would need to be done in order to add another vent to the room. He had it done by the end of the day. He and his team were very polite and quick. So far so good.

I would recommend this companty becausr the owner was the person that answered the phone and more importantly the guy who showed up on the jobsite. He was on time and completed the work within a half hour. The AC today is blowing cold, but I can assure you if I need anymore maintance on the unit I will be calling him back!
