I love this company. I had AC installed last year 2014 in the spring. Great price, great workers, everything is still working wonderfully. Workers polite and efficient. Showed up on time and finished early. Straight talk when it comes to pricing. Love the automation of registering product and easy scheduling of annual maintenance through online process.

Recently had Cool R Us install a high efficiency Trane System. They were excellent in price, product, and installation. I found Lek, the owner, to be very customer-oriented and trustworthy. Also, checked Trane's website and he is listed as a Trane Comfort Specialist which meant he has to keep high scores with Trane on customer service and is very experienced with Trane products. Would use again.

Best price by far for a top of the line product and superior service. Cool R Us replaced our outdated A/C unit, thermostat and added three returns for more efficient air flow in one day. They removed and replaced the concrete pad under the old unit. Lek instructed me on setting up the new thermostat (wi-fi climate control!) and then did a complete walk through with me, confirming his crew's cleanliness and workmanship. I appreciate receiving efficient, professional and quality service and I absolutely recommend Cool R Us.

Awesome company. Coo R Us was Extremely Professional and courteous. I had gotten several offers to replace my AC unit and theirs was not only the best price but they went above and beyond with not only their product but the professional install. I have done a lot of home improvements in the past but nothing has ever went as flawless as this company. From Patty in the office to the professional install team of Alban and Nikole my experience was over the top. Lek the owner personally gave me my estimate and then came out on install day to check on the progress. Not that he had to because his employees are that knowledgeable with their product and install. I feel like Lek is more than just the owner of the company I consider him a friend .GREAT GUY, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT TEAM.

Very impressive company. Most professional and best customer service. The team was friendly, clean, efficient, and effective. They did a great job. Lek, the owner, came out several times to plan the job, teach us the available options, supervise the job, and check back after job completion. The job included two 4-ton Trane units, 2 air handlers, upgraded filtering systems, new thermostats, and an upgrade to a 3-zone air distribution system on the second floor. Lek came back several days after job completion to make sure we were happy. During that conversation, Lek realized one of the filter systems needed a replacement part, and he immediately ordered it and had it installed two days later. Big job, completed professionally, by caring professionals. We are very leased and very impressed.

Lek Gjoka , the owner was very professional , He offered a very fair price , his employees were professional and very protective of our house while removing and installing our New Lennox XP14 Heat pump system. I would recommend Lek and his team to any of my friends .

Lek, the owner, came to my home for my service call. Under the impression of a previous service call, I thought I needed a new compressor unit. Lek did some troubleshooting and found that my capacitor (installed by me) was installed incorrectly causing my compressor to over-amp. He fixed the problem within about 10 mins and saved me from needing a new unit. He was very friendly and explained exactly what was causing my issue and why. Experience is key and I would highly recommend Cool-R-Us.

Everything went great from the first meeting to the install. The install team worked efficiently and cleaned as they went. You could never tell that they were here. Excellent Job!
