They did a good job, good quality work, and it looks great. I did not shop around or negotiate, I suspect I would have paid less if I did.

Construction Solutions and Supply, LLC did not show up - after 3 telephone calls on the day prior to the scheduled day and their representative being here at the house.  I have been told - It was not on the schedule by some personnel, and in person and over the phone it was, also told the workers got busy at another job, and now there were issues with scheduling; i.e., it was overloaded.  We had fireplace brick torn off, gas line company installers here, and gas company (product) personnel, as well as having taken a day off work - both of us.  Upon calling, it was said it was a "tentative" day; the truth was too many installs were scheduled.  No telephone call; we were all just waiting.  When they did show up, they could not install all the parts, as they "wish they would have been here when gas lines were being installed."  Yes, that is how it was set up.  On top of that, they did not have the blower or the fresh air kit with them to install; it was never ordered.  Asked if it could be overnighted; it could not.  We would just have to wait.  No telephone call for a week.  After writing a review, finally I received a call.  They are going to "try" to see what they can schedule.  We will all await their call (gas line installers, fireplace worker, and homeowners, and hope to have a fireplace by Christmas!
