I called Computer Solutions of Jacksonville when I could no longer use my computer due to virus problems. The response was quick and professional on the phone, and they set me up for an appointment the next day in a timeframe that was convenient for me.
Nicholas arrived as scheduled, and was very professional. I got the feeling he and this company have been doing this business for a long time, as he was very efficient in cleaning my computer. He was also able to talk to me and answer my questions, and had a great personality! The price was competitive, and I think reasonable given the high level of service. I even setup an additional appointment for him to help with my small business website.
I really appreciate the service, and would recommend Nicholas and Computer Solutions of Jacksonville for any computer problems or really any technical problems you may have. Very good company!

I called Computer Solutions and later stopped out at their office on Beach Blvd. Nick did a great job of estimating my needed repairs and got me fixed up straight away. I picked up my computer two days later, and everything was great! I'd recommend them because they picked up their phone the first time I called, and got my computer fixed good and in a reasonable amount of time.
