We are under contact so they did it for free. Anytime we we’ve had to use them they are here when they say they are going to be here and their service techs are really good, they know what they are doing.

I'm sorry to place this negative review, but that's what Angie's list is all about. Post the good; post the bad experiences.
You may like this company, so use them. You may never have an experience like we did.
Here is what happened.
After a complete A/C system  install we started having leaks and stains in the ceilings. Asked them to come back. They were nice and said they made a mistake in the way the ducts were connected and condensation was collecting in the ducts and then leaking and traveling all the way from the attic and through the second floor and coming out on the first floor.  The owner was nice and said they would fix it. I told the owner please just don't come out to fix just this, I will pay you to please check all connections and fix duct issues they created. He charged me $200 to fix all of the mistakes... I thought.
As time went by, I had more condensation leaks. I called them back and they said it would cost me $89 to come out and tell me what they did wrong and how much it would cost to fix the issues. I appealed to the owner and told him that I did not want to pay them the $89 fee to come out and tell me what the issues were. Just send someone out and charge me for the repairs. I didn't want any price breaks, just fix it and charge me for it. He said he understood and they would come out. They never contacted me after that.
I never contacted them again, either. I thought it was better just to move on...

I called a top rated A/C company from Angie's List. They found all the issues including a major hole between two ducts which has been blowing AC and heating in the attic. The new company I chose on Angie's List totally redid a major portion of the duct work which had been done incorrectly. The air flow is perfect now thanks to the other A/C company (see my other reviews).

You may get a good job from this company. I know some of the guys that did the work on my A/C system are gone.
Just wish I didn't have to go through all this hassle and expense (the corrections cost over $800 not including ceiling damage.)
I have an excellent other A/C company I am now using.
Note: The price I listed above for the new A/C system may not be correct. I can't remember and don't want to take the time to look it up. All I know is that I spent over $800 over time to fix all their duct work mistakes, not counting paint and ceiling repair.

Everything went well.  The problem was identified and I opted to have the repair done at a later date.

They did a good job installing my A/C unit, but i question the employees and their actions on the job site. They left me with a damaged kitchen ceiling, and I would not recommend them to others.

The experience was a nightmare. Three months after the HVAC system had been installed and the paperwork signed that day, I learned that Comfort Masters had installed a 4 ton, rather than the 3 1/2 ton I requested. I had received estimates from other contractors who were actually less expensive, but decided to go with the company that had serviced my old 3 1/2 ton system for 12 years --- and I erroneously thought I could trust them. Comfort Masters had to know that a 4 ton system was unnecessary for my 1600 sq. ft. home. Prior to committing to purchase, I told the sales rep that one of my main criteria was a SIMPLE thermostat -- not anything that looked like a cockpit. They installed the cockpit - which I couldn't use. A month after the installation in June, there was water all in my garage and the thermostat was stuck on Cool 60 degrees and would not move. The company charged me for that service call - which I refused to pay. Initially, the Trane system was very noisy and several months later the company eventually resolved the problem by cutting a LARGER hole for the return vent in my family room. This is when I learned they'd installed a 4 ton - which was making loud noises as the air passed through vents made for a 3 1/2 ton. Just before the crew left on the day of installation, the main guy asked me what level to set the airhandler in the garage - 1, 2, or 3. I had no idea what they were talking about - but it had something to do with the fan. They told me if I selected a level that wasn't satisfactory, they'd have to come out again - and I'd be charged a service call!! ALSO that day - the main guy told me I needed new ductwork - to the tune of $5,000 to get the best benefit out of this system. This had never been mentioned before. Several months later, they installed a simple thermostat - (reimbursed me $60) - cut a larger hole for the return vent - and told me I would not get the full energy efficient benefit out of the system with a simple thermostat!! The owner of Comfort Masters did nothing - except oversee the crew cutting a LARGER hole for the return vent. An employee even LAUGHED at me for saying I was considering reporting Comfort Masters to Angie's List. The area rep for Trane said there was nothing he or Trane could do. Therefore, I can only assume that Trane is happy with contractors who mislead and dupe customers. Comfort Masters did a sales job on me and I would NEVER recommend this company. I want to warn people to stay away from this company. The bottom line is that Comfort Masters led me to commit to buy a very expensive system - which WILL NOT produce the energy benefits they stated unless accompanied by a complex thermostat which I COULD NOT USE!!
