Benny and his crew were tasked with prepping and paintinga 3000 square foot, two story house that hadn?t had any outside attention for17 years. AND they got stuck doing itbetween rain drops and holidays. Theydon?t mess around. They show up on time, every time and their work ethic is beyond reproach. I couldn?t get over the prep work! Every nook and cranny, every disfigurement, noticeable or not, was dealt with before any painting started. When thepainting was complete they replaced all the rusted hardware with shiny newpieces. I didn?t expect that and hadn?t requestedit. This is just one example of many areas where, without prompting by me,Benny?s team exceeded my expectations. The flooring at the front door was cracked and had gouges in it. They redid it a couple times because ?they weren?tsatisfied? with the end result. I didn?texpect nor ask them to try and correct those imperfections. I would have beensatisfied with the scraping and painting done the first time. Even when I told them they had done a greatjob on the front floor I was told they weren?t happy with it and would like togive it another shot. Who does that!?!?! I volunteered to trim back the bushes and trees so theywould have a clear shot at painting around them knowing it might ruin the lookof the bushes. Benny told me they could?get back there?. It was uncomfortablefor them but they did a great job and I and my bushes/trees appreciated it. A portion of the second floor that was to bepainted was surrounded by a serious slopping roof. Benny asked me if he could get access to theinside of the house to paint from the open window. I told him I?d have to ask the window guy sincehe just resealed them. I immediatelycalled the window guy who said he really needed the windows to cure for a weekbefore being moved but if we were real careful it should be ok. After I told Benny he said not to worry hedidn?t need to open the windows. Threeguys got up there so one guy on each side could steady the guy doing thepainting from the roof. Looked like anacrobatic act. Well done! If I asked about an item / area they quickly dealt withit and in most cases were already dealing with it or planning to. I?ve never seen a team try harder to make thecustomer happy. We bought the house new17 years ago and it looks like new again. I don?t think their web site is working yet but the othercontact info I provided will work. I don?t know exactly what Clearview Pro Painting, LLCcharged since they came as subs for the GC I contracted with so I?ve listed thecharge from the GC. What I do know isthat they do much more than just painting, were a joy to be around and it won?tbe long before their reputation precedes them. Get them while you can folks!
