Eric was prompt and came out quickly. He gave me very helpful input on the phone before ever meeting me. Determined the problem, showed me, discussed options, made a call to order agreed parts right away, and set me up to function until the parts arrive and committed to complete the installation within an agreed, reasonable price.

Top tier service. Prompt response to bid the work and arrived early on the day that was agreed on. Cleaned and removed debris after completing the work. Very careful around the plants while working near them.
