Description of Work: Semi-annual AC maintenance on my four units. I have been using Chase Air for years and cannot think of enough superlatives to describe their work and business. Great job as always. Jerry McCauley

Description of Work: Very nice and professional however, I did not use them. They did not inspect the problem I was having, they just went off of what I told them another HVAC contractor told me the issue was - that I needed a complete new system. It turns out that HVAC contractor - Florida Heating and Air, completely lied to me. Tried to charge me $4200 for a job that cost me $250.

Description of Work: My a/c stopped working. I called and left a message and had a call back within half an hour. He came out first thing the next morning. He had to fix several problems, but gave a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.

When other AC companies could not even give me an estimated time to do the work...even AFTER I had called the day before to set up a visit on that Saturday...Chase Air not only said they would have a technician to my house within 2 hours...They did it! Great company with great people.

Description of Work: Went through the whole heating and a/c system to see how effective and efficient the system was. Replaced several parts to improve the efficiency of the system, added freon, as well as a type of "stop leak" to keep the freon from escaping the system. They also cleaned and painted portions of the outside unit to keep it from rusting out.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for a unit tune up. This deal worked out just fine. The technician was very professional and did a nice job with the work.

Description of Work: Charles and Mike inspected heat pump, air handler and thermostat for problem. Thorough troubleshoot, and determined that it was a bad thermostat that caused my problem. Gave options for replacement and did not pressure a sale of services not needed. No foul language, were considerate of my carpet and house and were congenial. I would recommend them to friends and family.
