WOKE UP TO THE INSIDE AIR RUNNING BUT NOT THE UNIT OUTSIDE. I CALLED THEM AT ABOUT 12 NOON AND TALKED WITH A REAL PERSON. SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT BETWEEN 5-7 PM THE SAME DAY. THEY SAID THEY CHARGED A $79.00 DIAGNOSTIC FEE. WHEN THE GUY CAME HE CALLED FIRST AND WAS VERY NICE AND SHOWED ME THE PART AND HOW IT WORKED. IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES. HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME MORE EVEN THOUGH MY UNIT IS 10 YEARS OLD. HE WAS VERY SMART AND NICE.

It is July 3rd, 7:00pm and I had been dealing with a warranty company for 6 weeks to fix my current AC unit. Needless to say, AC in Florida in July is not just a perk it is necessary. I was hot and frustrated and the warranty company authorized me to go outside of their network. I said a quick prayer and Googled AC companies near my home. Chase Air seemed to be the closest. I dialed and actually a live person answered the telephone (not what I expected at 7pm on the evening before a holiday). Charles Terrizzi answered the telephone in a way that made me smile. Charles stated he could be at my house in 20 minutes. I called my warranty company and they authorized his visit. Within 20 minutes Charles was at my front door looking very professional. Fast forward...I have only lived in my house 6 months and did not expect (especially having a home warranty coverage) to have any large expenditures. Charles kindly explained that my unit was old (25years) and not efficient. I allowed him to sit and provide me with options. Fast forward...I thought for 24 hours about a new unit and researched what Charles had explained to me...talked with family and friends and on the evening of July 4th I called Charles to say I had made a decision. Saturday morning Charles arrived with my new unit. 6 hours later my unit was up and running and I have been in AC heaven since. Charles and his crew were professional, clean, and efficient. I would have to say that when they left my home Saturday evening the only way I new they had been there was my cool home. They respected my home and left with everything in place. I am looking forward to years of efficiency and professional caring of my unit.

It didn't even take a half an hour. He did a fine job but I just didn't like the service of it. I would like to try somebody else. They were nice.

I *highly* recommend Chase Air. We had two other companies come by and give us an estimate on getting a new A/C system. The other companies said $4900 and $4500; Chase said $3750 with a two-year comprehensive warranty. (The other guys offered one year and it wasn't comprehensive.) Also, all three of the Chase Air workmen who replaced our system were polite, professional and clean. They never badmouthed the other companies like the guy from the second company did and they were more professional-looking and courteous than the guy from the first company. They replaced our system the next business day after we called them, so we didn't have to wait long. They worked as quietly as possible and even vacuumed the main rooms of the house that they had tracked dirt and leaves through before they left! I'm hoping we don't have any problems with the new A/C system, but if we do I'll be sure to update this with how well Chase Air honors their warranty.

HE CAME AT NIGHT AFTER I GOT HOME FROM WORK.A
