This is a difficult one to assess since this person was not even a client of ours and we have no idea who he is. The call log for September 15th was not heavy and no one remembers a message. I suppose it is possible that a message did not get returned although it would be nearly impossible to miss 2 or 3. We exist to provide the service this person was calling about. Is this member certain that they called us? Did they dial the right number? We guarantee our maintenance agreement clients and recent installs(within 2 years) that we will have them running within 24 hours of their call. Our ratio of client satisfaction in this area is in the top 5% of the nation. From our history you will see we regularly serve clients not only Mon thru Fri 8 to 5, but also at 11 pm at night, and on the weekend.
