Ken was a very professional estimator who asked questions and explained everything that would be involved. The price was right where we wanted to be and included 2 coats all the around! Prep work was well done. Ronnie confirmed everything on the work order. We couldn't be happier with the finished product!

Like another reviewer stated, they initially did a poor job, but the owner was quick to respond and sent a new crew to fix the areas that were done incorrectly. It was disappointing to experience that, but at least he was responsive and made every effort to be sure I was happy.

Beautiful job - every detail! I love my new home. They were so careful of my plants and always kept the property neat. If you need a painting company you definitely need CertPro. Willie was our crew leader and he gave us a superior job.

They initially did a poor job. But the owner came out and looked at what had been done and sent out another crew to fix the areas that were done wrong. They did better on the 2nd time out and the job is acceptable.

First of all the response from when I entered home advisory was within two days which is very good. The sales rep for Certa Pro very thorough on all details and when I asked if the price is firm he started showing me where we could trim to get the price down that was very good. The painters they showed up Danny he was extremely customer friendly before he want to do the job he took me to the paint store pick up a gallon of paint came back and he put a sample on it and gave me a few days to the make a decision that was very good.

Very professional painters , payed attention to detail, very friendly and approachable. Did 5 star quality work. The owner and salesman were also very involved and with the myself and the painters. Did a walk through every night and I was to write down if I had seen something I did not like or they missed. Final pride walk through was great. The quality of work performed by the entire company was awesome. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and to whomever is needing a paint job.

Kathy and Jay worked tirelessly for 3 days. Not sure they ever stopped to eat! They did great work and always open to talking with us about the project. Would have them back in a minute when I need more painting done.
