this company is not worth the hassle. Weeds still grew and bugs (outside of home) still present. Never on time! Never polite! Never answer questions.

We have a monthly service with them. What they do is if you have a problem, like two people allergic in the house. So, if we see something. It's a lot of slit dust out side, they make it a high priority because they have to go to the hospital, so they put us in. Great customer service. It's that dangerous for two of our people.

We have a monthly service. What they do is, if you have a problem in the house, we have two people allergic in the house. Like if there is a wasp nest outside. They make it a high priority because they would have to go to the hospital. So, they fit us in because it is dangerous for two of our people. I know some people say they have it but we really do have it. If I don't like you, I get rid of you. But they are incredible.

They are very professional. They show up within the window of time they promise. I dont appreciate the automated call the day before the service. it it's not the same person every time. I requested my treatments to be scheduled on Saturdays and they still schedule whenever. no personal service.

The pest control and the termite technicians inspected the house and external perimeter, explained what they found, and treated the area. I called the pest control technician to come back twice to completely rid the house of insects, I.e., ants, silverfish, primarily. The technician responded quickly and tracked down the trouble area. Now, no bugs! I applaud his tenacity, friendliness and professionalism. The lawn service is prompt, but I sometimes have to point out problem areas. I would think the technician would make a point of ensuring treatment of all lawn problems without my follow-up.

Had wasps coming in my attic from not being sealed and they were making themselves right at home. Sealed all my open spots around entire house, removed nest and did a dusting in the attic to kill them. Have not had a problem since and I have noticed there is less wasp flying around my house now that they have no where to go.

BugOut comes to my house monthly for pest, termite, & lawn work as well as 3 times each year to check our irrigation system. We have always been very happy with their work. We had tried numerous companies prior to BugOut and when we switched we not only saved a lot of money, but our lawn has never looked so good.

They dumped a lot of the fertilizer in one location and it caused the grass to die. They were very cordial towards the situation but we will not using them for that service.
