Prompt communications. Good Price. A crew of two came out on a Saturday. They removed and put on the new roof in one day. The yard was left in good condition with no debris found. We would definately use this company again for emergency or planed roofing needs.

Promptly called back with interest on doing the estimate on roof. Did the estimate, got up on the roof and measured things. Then he never emailed me the estimate or called with any details. Very unprofessional.

I have used this company before. They showed up several days ahead of time and made sure the materials were their for the job to start on time. They started on the day they were scheduled.  It took approximately 3 days to finish. The job went very well. Everyone was very professional and worked from early am to dusk each day. The supervisor came out several times and kept me on board with how the work was coming along. When the job was complete they cleaned up the entire site making sure to remove all debris and roofing nails. I was very pleased with the work once again. There was always good communication between Bigfoot Roofing and us. Any changes by either party were always discussed and totally done to our satisfaction. Completely happy with the job they performed and intend on using them in the future.

It went great. The work was excellent. They showed up at 7 am the first day they agreed to be their. The men worked from early morning til dusk removing the existing. They finished the job on schedule and I was made aware of everything that was going on each step of the way throughout the job. The supervisor came out numerous times to make sure all was going well. After the job was complete the workers cleaned up all the debris from everywhere in the yard and hauled all debris off. The work was great and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bigfoot price was very competitive, and I went with them because of reviews on Angie's List, BBB, and word of mouth.  my sales rep Alex was very punctual and professional.  He went above and beyond to give me his most competitive price.  He was also very knowledgeable and directed me to additional 'military' savings.  If you are current or prior military this is a company you can trust.

All went well overall.
We really liked the detailed estimate however the roofing crew we were promised was not who arrived.
They arrived but the lead on the job did not introduce himself.
They left their soda cans and water bottles strewn on the lawn overnight.
We weren't crazy about their method of removing the shingles and picking them up mostly by hand and tarp.  There was alot of little debris leftover in the lawn and gardens around the house.
We did speak to Kyle afterward and he was supportive.

I interviewed five companies to put the roof on our home in Orange Park. I did not want to spend a lot of money doing so, because it was only to sell the home. Damion came out from Bigfoot to give the estimate. He was professional & understood that we were interviewing many companies. He described the work needing to be done in a way that I could pass on the information if we chose another company for the job. Damion also recommended we select an Energy Star rated roof [no additional charge] to increase the appeal of the home. We hired Bigfoot for the job & scheduled a start time for two weeks out. Due to heavy rains the work delayed an additional two weeks, but once the work started it was done in less than 48 hours. Shortly after the roof was complete, the house sold. The roof looks very good, & we wish the new homeowners lots of love in their new home.

The roof looks great, and they used quality materials (GAF).  They threw in a free pressure washing and pest control treatment too, and the owner (Kyle) is very responsive to requests for information and to answer questions.
There were some communication issues which led to extended work.  There was a piece of siding that had to be redone 3 times, and there was a delay in obtaining materials.  I had also requested flashing not be painted, but it was.
There was roof decking that was split by the crew when they removed the old roof over the garage.  I had to point out the split boards a couple of times to get them to replace them.  I also had to clean up all the chunks of wood and roofing materials that fell into my garage (shingles, nails) myself, as the crew did not do that.
The truck that delivered the roofing materials tore up my lawn a bit and damaged a walkway stone.  And my flower beds still have roofing shingles and nails laying around.  These are minor things that probably a more experienced company would have been able to avoid.
The workers were all very professional, but on the second day, only one worker was sent out alone with no supervision, which was needed given the lack of communication skills.
As I said earlier, the roof looks great and I am happy with it.  The only advice I have is that if you hire this company you will need to be around to stay on top of what they are doing so that you can make sure it is done to your specifications.  Had I not kept requesting the split deck board replacement, and the siding wood replacement be redone and painted properly, it probably would not have been.  Be prepared to do some of your own cleanup as well.

Like clockwork! After a few days rain delay, the crew showed up before 8am on Thurs. and were finishing up by 5:30pm on Fri.  I still can't believe they can strip off the old roof and have it's replacement on in 2 days! Kyle and Mike were great, friendly and professional and they did everything they were contracted to do (and then some). Can't say enough about the guys who spent two days on my roof. Speedy, efficient and safety conscious (I'm always barefoot and they made sure to warn me to watch for nails). The yard (and the area around the house) looked better when they left than when they arrived. Would use/recommend them in a heartbeat! Ask Kyle why the company is named BigFoot!

Set up initial appointment when I called, but had to cancel due to my work. Easily rescheduled for couple days later. Damien came out to inspect roof and give estimate. Scheduled repair for following Monday. Arrived on time and finished work in timely manner. Excellent job!

They showed up exactly when they said they would. The workers were there at 7am and left after 6pm that night. The entire roof and beams were replaced in 1 day! They did an amazing job! The inside was also completed very quickly. They re-textured and fixed the drywall all in one day. Painting took half of another day. All in all they did a great job. Damien was great to work with. Everything was easy no hoops to jump through. Great job by great people! I highly recommend them.

I can't express how well this went.  I received 5 quotes, all from other Angie's list companies.  (All of which were very nice people) Kyle had quoted me last year and retained the same quote from last year with a couple of additions that I had requested. ( such as full peel and seal secondary barrier). I have over 9000 square feet of roofing with a high pitch roof.  My roof was so slick that several bidders did not want to climb the roof.  His crew arrived at 7:15 am every day, (some days at 6:45am) and the crew took 1 break and worked until after dark every night.  They actually were cleaning up with flashlights at night.  This is Dedication!!!. The job ( as stated by him ) was the 3rd largest job they had done on our island.  It took a little longer than he had estimated, but mother nature and her heavy rain, didn't help!!  The crew worked thru all but the heaviest of rains.
 As the boss, he came out and checked on the crew. It  wasn't necessary and they truly were a fabulous group. I had a few requests , like reroofing my little well pump house (that was also done with no additional charge) and  taking care of my TV antenna.. Kyle is a licensed construction company , as well as a roofer, so this was all very easily accomplished.  He has given me a wind mitigation certificate, the completion certificate with the 50 year warranty, and will probably reduce my insurance by 1/2 when all is said and done.
Admittedly, I supplied a couple of lunches for the crew. They were so appreciative.  I believe in "What goes around , comes around" and my upbringing says to do something nice for someone everyday. It comes back in spades!!!   I also spent a bit of time picking up some of the nails and excess stuff, but that is in my nature!  I liked their little magnetic "picker upper".
It took me 3 years to save for this (excessive repair) and I am very satisfied.  The chimney cap is being made and will be replaced next week. Based on what he has done so  far, I am not concerned.   I highly recommend Kyle Maxwell and his crew!  He has been honest and very open with my suggestions and questions.  His quote was excellent and he stood by his work!

Met about 100 roofer salesmen after the tornado! They knocked on my door day and night and promised me the world!

Salesman Damien told me what he would do.
Of course he didn't do any of the actual work.....others did that.
They took two days and did a good job. Roof looks nice!

Team arrived on site on time and were totally prepared and ready to work. Team was very professional and required little or no intervention from homeowner, the only questions asked were if we were satisfied with the colors selected and if we're satisfied a with the quality and progress of the work. Team did not leave premises until the job was complete and been inspected by homeowners. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away all necessary debris. Inspection by company representative was performed a few days later. Payment was tendered to company representative upon completion of inspection and approval by homeowners. We were so satisfied with the quality of walk performed that we also had another residence painted a few weeks later. SAME RESULTS!!

I received quotes from several roofing companies, Big Foot Roofing was the best offer of the 4 companies which provided quotes. The roof was completed in a very short time period and looks great. I opted for the peel and stick option on the underlayment, and was onsite throughout the process. The materials used were of premium quality, and the crew performing the work were exceptionally fast and very professional. Several months elapsed from the time I received the quote to the time I had the work performed. "This delay was entirely my doing" I made several changes to the roofing on the house during remodeling and Alex from Big Foot was very responsive in adjusting the quote to reflect the changes in the project. He was very professional even after my changing the requirements several times. Each member of the team from the company owner was very professional, responding to my requests and changes in a rapid and tolerant manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced.

These guys really impressed me with their professionalism, and they
really wanted to get my house re-roofed. I asked for quotes from about
10 different contractors, and maybe 7 replied. Bigfoot  came out as soon
as it was convenient for me and I got a quote the next day. They were
able to do the work within a week of me deciding to go with them.  The
project was complete in one day, and my yard was clean afterward. The
next day, the dumpster was picked up. The final cost was actually a
little less than the quote. I would recommend Bigfoot to anyone else

After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Bigfoot. We are very happy with our choice.  Not only was the price right, but the team showed up on time, worked very hard, and did a great job of replacing our roof and cleaning up afterwards  We highly recommend Bigfoot if you are looking for courteous, reliable, hard-working gentlemen to do a great job in a timely manner!

I needed some minor roofing repairs done. Kyle answered and, within a day or two, gave me a reasonable quote.  I hired BigFoot Roofing based on their reputation and on Kyle's responsiveness.  They performed all requested work well and on time.  I recommend this company.

They showed up during the day and they got it done.  The guy came out to give me an estimate.  He showed up when he said he would.  He provided the work when he said he was going to do it.  I think his price was reasonable compared to some of the others.  I will call him again if I need any work.  He was pretty professional.

They did an excellent job. Their estimate was accurate; it was fair. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’ve already recommended them to others as well.

We were in need of a new roof for our home so we obtained five estimates from different companies. One of the companies, Bigfoot Roofing, was actually recommended by a family member. The other four were companies we found online or in advertisements. The pricing was in a narrow band with Bigfoot being in the middle. After reviewing all the proposals we felt like Bigfoot offered the best overall value for our money. We awarded them the job and their crew showed up precisely when we were told they would and they were able to finish the job in one day. They did an excellent installation job and they were very careful to clean up out yard and driveway when they were finished. A closer inspection this morning shows a job well done. I would highly recommend this company.
