Bob came out and unplugged my washer and called it fixed. It obviously wasn’t. I called him again to come back out and ACTUALLY look at the problem and he said “well, that might be expensive.” I’m sorry for asking you to do your job??! Then he’s on his way out, calls me at work while I have someone waiting at the house for him and cancels the appointment because I missed the call by five minutes. Utterly useless. Waste of time. How are they in business???

A total waste of time and money. When I called to set up the repair visit, I completely described that the oven temperature was fluctuating widely, based on my use of two different thermometers. For the first visit, I had to stay home for the repairman to just come out, turn on the oven, and verify that the oven temperature was fluctuating widely. I had to stay home for the second visit, where the repairman blindly replaced some parts and said "maybe that'll fix it." It didn't. Third visit (had to stay home again), the repairman completely replaced the electronic board. I paid over $600 and NOTHING got fixed. When they wanted to come back again, I said "no" and bought a new oven.

Bob did a great job! One of those linear LG compressors in a Kenmore Elite. Was still under warranty but was tired of waiting on them. No one else would touch the sealed system. Had to also upgrade the main control board and buy a jig to set it up for the new compressor. Bob was able to get the compressor swapped out with the one I purchased from Marcone. Should have had him buy it so he could warranty it for a year. It's been over 6 months and still working. It didn't feel like I was getting shanked with B&N. Thank you Bob!

Bob was prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know the cost to repair. Since I was considering a new washer and dryer set anyways I decided to forgo the repair. I appreciate him letting me know that the noise was no big deal and I could keep using it until I bought a new set. Highly recommend!

Bob replaced freezer fan motor. One week later and noise was no better. Bob said that on occasions they had received bad replacement motors. He reordered, came back and changed the motor out under warranty and new motor was much quieter and operating fine. Motor change out was a pain in the but and Bob did the second replacement without a word of complaint. Would recommend to anyone asking.

After telling Bob that a new ice maker had been installed, he couldn’t figure out what could be done to fix the problem. I told him I had gone to the Whirlpool site and that it was recommended the setting for the freezer should be set on 4. He put the dial on 3 thinking he was making the freezer colder??? I told him the higher the number, the colder the freezer. He informed me that he had never heard that before. He then checked this fact and set the dial to 5. If I had little ice output before, I had zero production for three days. I put the dial down to 4 and where I originally had set it. The ice maker is now producing ice. Since he was here for a mere 5 minutes: no repairs, no labor and no parts, I was somewhat surprised to receive a bill. I have sent the check, but needless to say I would never call him again under any circumstances

It was easy to schedule an appointment and I liked that B&N applied the charge for the service call to any repair that was necessary, which some other companies were not willing to do. Bob arrived on time to perform the work and was extremely courteous. He even followed up the next week to make sure the leak had not reoccurred. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They sent out Bob (who is very nice and professional). Bob was at my house for less than 15 minutes said the seal rings didn't go to my dishwasher. I asked him for cleaning solution to help clean hard water build up and grime. He put in the cleaning solution and told me he would only charge me the $21 for the solution since he didn't remove any part of the dishwasher and was there for such a short time. Then I get a bill for $117.70 from the company for the cleaning solution ($21) and service call ($89). I called the office and spoke to Kelly who said she couldn't do anything for me. She wouldn't honor what Bob told me about only paying for the $21 cleaning solution because "it is not company policy". I'm sorry but $89 for less than 15 minute service call. He could have been at my home for 5 minutes and they still would've charged me the $89. To me a company should honor their word. I was very happy with Bob and his knowledge and kindness of only charging me for the cleaning solution. Not happy with company for not backing up their employee. Will not use again.

Everything went great: I was told he'd be there between 9 & 10, which I liked because I hate the standard "4-hour window.." He got there at 9:00, asked a couple of questions and started working on the dishwasher. Within 20 minutes, he'd fixed the problem and tested the dishwasher to make sure it was working. He then answered questions about a couple of appliance problems I have at another location. The charge was $89, which sounded very reasonable for his travel time and time spent on the job. The only less than ideal part of the entire experience was that I called a couple of times on one afternoon to set up the appointment, but didn't get a call back until the next day. However, it wasn't an emergency and I just assume he was too busy helping other customers to call back immediately. All in all, I was very happy with the outcome and would gladly recommend him to others.

When Bob came the first time the refrigerator wasn't having any problem and the freezer was working again so he cleaned the coils and we hoped that was the problem. The next time the freezer and the refrigerator both quit and the compressor was hot to the touch. We called back and Bob talked us through some things he wanted us to try and then call him back. When it still did not work we started shopping for a new one because we were convinced the compressor was shot but Bob wanted to come and test the compressor before we gave up on it. He ended up replacing a part and the compressor started right up and has been working ever since. We are very grateful to Bob an would recommend B&N to anyone. We plan to call them for all our appliance repairs in the future.
