Crew unprofessional. Caulking looks like a 2 year old did it. Crew bent metal and window has air coming thru. I asked the crew to leave when they left broken glass poured out of their truck into the middle of the road. No attempt made to stop and clean it up.Mack the owner came out to see what was wrong. All Mack did was talk about how low he price was and that due to previous caulking it was impossible not bend metal. His solution was to screw the bent metal down (metal trim should snap in place) and add more caulking. I do not nor will I recommend this business for any reason.

Installation went well; servicemen arrived on time and did excellent work, but left shower dirty with foot prints when finished. Also, did not clean shower door. However, they were polite and professional. Would hire again.

Outstanding Best customer service that I can remember. The guys at Baker could not have been more attentive to our needs, the cost and delivery time. They thought it would take a few days and the panels were done that afternoon. Truly a customer delightful experience.

Installer showed up with no face mask even though I had explained that we were high risk for covid 19. He also spent about 30 minutes measuring, remeasuring and insisting the glass he brought would not fit. It did fit.

A very easy process. I called Baker Glass and told Jasón what we wanted done and he recommended a company that supplies glass doors. We visited their showroom and picked the door we wanted and Baker Glass took over from there. On the installation date Bill and his crew installed a new shower door system in our master bath, took the glass to our guest bath, removed contractor grade door system, installed ( thank goodness the entry space for the two showers was the same) the old glass from our master bath. The results were beautiful. Three days later my wife notices that if an overweight person was using the guest bath the door could hit the toilet entering or exiting. I called Mack Peebles the owner explained the situation and he sent a crew out to reverse the door at NO CHARGE. Unbelievable, Mr Peebles believes his customers must be satisfied and in doing the absolute best job at the lowest prices in Jacksonville, Florida.

Excellent in every way. This was not an easy glass replacement job. We were impressed in every way - from estimate cost and timeline and installation.

The glass was ordered and replaced in a timely manner. However, that is the extent of good things I can say about Baker Glass. The workers got blood and grease all over my house and did a poor job with the window edge glazing. I had to rework the edge myself. They also broke the window blinds valence clips and then tried to stick it back up with double sided sticky tape. When confronted about what they were doing they said a clip broke and I could go by them anywhere... Not entirely true and I spent an entire day running around to find the parts to finish the job. And not to mention cleaning up the double sided sticky tape. Don't have Baker Glass do the job unless you want a day of work after they leave.

The job went EXCELLENT. This company is professional and thorough and I would definitely use them again.

They were good. They were on time. They were professional, clean, and everything. There is one issue I wouldn't call it bad, I would maybe call it attention to detail. We told them when they came out to give us an estimate, that we wanted all the fogged up windows replaced and they missed one. They also didn't measure one of the windows correctly over the garage to our bonus room. They estimated it based on the one below and it was the wrong size. They did come out and fix it. They one that they didn't do, my wife called them and told them and they said that not all people replace them all. It is not up to them on which ones to replace. That is up to us.

Two men came, one was older and seemed sick and difficult to move around well. Mirror came off wall easily. Helper and my wife held mirror while other ran to truck to get adhesive. They made no effort to remove old adhesive from wall or mirror. They applied what later turned out to be a rubbery caulk, not mirror mastic, to mirror and wall and stuck it back on.They were at the house about 15 minutes.  He told us not to come near it for a day, so we really didn't look at it closely. Next day we saw it was way out from narrower mirrors on each side(which didn't need to be removed). It was sticking out almost the thickness of the mirror, especially in the middle. And it would move in and out from wall easily when touched. We called and complained and after several days the same man came and when it was pointed out how it was not back against wall or even with side mirrors, that it stuck out and wobbled, he said" I didn't think you would mind". He left without promising to fix it. I called and complained and was promised some one would come to re-do but no one ever did, and I received no calls from them. So we called Eagle Glass from Orange Park, they came, spent several hours taking mirror off and completely removing old adhesive and Baker's "caulk" from both mirror and wall, applied mastic and replaced mirror on wall, getting it back properly in place.Mirror is fine now but I'm out $200.

What a nice group of people!  I called to get an estimate and they had someone at my home within 3 hours - amazing!  They quoted me for the 4 fogged windows in my home and gave me a quote of about $600.  Within about a week, they were at my home installing my new, clean, and un-fogged glass.  Two men came for the installation, and they were done in less than 2 hours.  I would definitely recommend Baker Glass to anyone.

Fantastic. We stopped by their shop on Friday and placed our order then picked them up on Monday. The shop was clean and staff was very friendly. The glass was cut exactly to size and the ends were smoothed nicely. I asked for slightly rounded corners so there wouldn't be any sharp edges and they finished it perfectly. We'll use them again in the future and will recommend them to others.  Thanks!

Baker's totally diagnosed and fixed the problem.

I had previously used Lee & Cates glass. However, Baker was significantly lower in price and faster to do the work. Baker showed up on time and did the job quickly. Their people were professional and courteous. I will definitely use Baker again.
