Description of Work: Mr. Bailey has been repairing my appliances for more than 20 years, long before Angie's List existed. He is the ultimate professional and one of the nicest people I've ever met. On his latest trip, he replaced several parts of a 21-year stackable washer-dryer that I'm trying to keep, because they just don't make them as good as this one anymore. However, he did tell me that he's done all he can for this one, and it would be a waste of money to do more work on it. I appreciate his honesty. If everyone in the home repair and renovation business were as competent and professional as he is, life would be much more pleasant.
