After assuring me it was not the compressor several times and only a restriction then coming out to service twice without getting the fridge to cool and $430.00 dollars later blamed it on the compressor. That should have been determined the first time out.

Immediate contact from scheduler. Appointment booked. Technician, Rubisney, was able to work us in sooner and provided excellent, courteous, professional assistance and recommendations. Repairs would have cost more than replacement, so we opted to buy a new unit. No pressure to patch it together. Would hire again in the future, if needed.

Excellent service to fix our 6 yr o$110ld washing machine Rubisney sent texts beforehand, was on time, and spent a fair amount of time diagnosing the reason for the machine not fully extracting water. He determined that all parts were functional well & that the problem was small clogged drain holes.
