Description of Work: Bob was great! He arrived on-time and promptly identified the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, he explained why it happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I would recommend Bob to others and plan on scheduling an appointment with him in the near future to do preventative maintenance on my washer/dryer and refrigerator.

He was prompt and very knowledgeable. Bob diagnosed the problem very quickly, offered two potential fixes and answered our questions about each option. Description of Work: Called and spoke with the guy. He Confirmed he had my name, address and phone # and said he would plan to come by Tues or Weds of the following week but would call me back to confirm the day and time. Never heard back from him and it’s 10 days later now and nothing. In the meantime, have had another reliable service provider out and the problem is solved. Would not bother with this guy. Something is off.

He could have gone ahead and said we have to replace 2 components but instead he said we need to try this first which saved me a lot.
