There was one electrician and it took maybe an hour and a half. He left the area clean. I like that they are local and family owned.

Great!!!! Totally satisfied. It was expensive but the service and the product were both top notch.

Two technicians came same day requested. They went right to work and the job was completed in less than an hour.

They gave me a time they'd be here. They were here within 15 minutes. Two fellows did the job and were out.  They were clean and knew exactly what they were doing. They did it for the price they quoted me over the phone. They were very professional and personable. You didn't mind having them in your home. They did exactly what I needed and did it very well. They were very pleasant. There was no fooling around. They just did the job and left.

I had really good luck with them. They did excellent work. They really did do good work. One person came out to complete the work. It took probably 3/4 of a day, a little over, half a day, to complete the work. They were very neat and the quality of their work was excellent and the city inspector who looked at it said they did excellent work.

It went very good.  He had to put an outlet in that had a button on it, and that's probably why it costs a little more.  So the cost was probably fair.

Excellent. They immediately recognized the errors and oversights by our contractors electricians and quickly made the repairs and got things working. One of the light fixtures we had them hang had several online comments about the difficulty to install. They quickly recognized the design flaws and just as quickly knew how to work around them. They have done work for us in the past and I would highly recommend them.

Knew exactly what the problem was and checked all GFIs in the house to make sure no other problems existed. Replaced faulty outlets and all work perfectly now.

They were great. They came in and did everything I asked. When there was some things that I thought needed to be replaced, they said no, so I didn’t need to pay extra for it. I didn’t really compare, I have used them in the past.

The cleanup wasn't quite complete. I found little wire fragments and stuff like that in the bathrooms where they had gone through and replaced the sockets and stuff. I just went through and cleaned it up afterwards. It didn't take long, it was just that the last step just wasn't really done. Two people came out, it took them maybe an hour to complete it. Other than just doing a basic circuit test and then doing the replacements and checking it again, they didn't really do anything specific that made them stand out.

The work performed was very good and could not have asked for better or nicer electricians. The problem was the cost. I had asked for a quote. The quote came in at 600+. I did agree to that. When the electricians had finished they came in with the bill, which broke down to be half of what the quote was. Evidently they did not know it had been quoted. I was a little shocked when the actual work was 1/2 what the guy quoted me and they still charged me the quoted price. On top of all that I had asked the guy that gave me the quote about using the coupon, and he actual said he had given me a discount.. Lesson learned is do not ask for a quote from them, you make out better just calling and having dispatched. Very disappointed in this type of business deal.

They sent someone out and was at my house in an hour. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They found the issue and resolved it while also recommending but not pushing a new panel box since mine was old.
