All My Sons Moving & Storage

Definitely contract with them if you want to be extorted out of several thousand dollars during the process of moving! During the quoting process and during the upload of videos of my home to their app, I made it clear I was looking for a packing and moving service for my house plus a storage unit.. I was quoted initially $3400-3700 for (here I quote Corena that we spoke to) "two guys will cone to your house and storage unit, pack, load the truck, drive, unload, and unpack". After they reviewed my videos again, they quoted me $4900 because they claimed that they didn't know about the storage unit. When the movers showed up to my house, they were stunned that they had to pack despite that being the service I had inquired about! They revised my bill ON THE DAY OF MOVING to $6800. This is fully DOUBLE what I was initially quoted at. During no part of the process did I hide that I needed them to pack and move my belongings. THEN the movers left my house without the storage key. They said that the storage unit was not on their paperwork. I had, at this point, confirmed that the storage unit was a part of the service with the office workers TWICE. I had to call the office to get them to tell the movers to come back and get the key and go to the storage unit. Complete lack of communication! After my belongings had been packed up, at this point the workers had been on the clock for at least 5 hours (arrived 8:30 am, left the apartment 1:30pm). They had a 5 hour drive ahead of them plus unloading. It should have been clear to the office employees that their movers were going to hit DOT regulations for time worked and would have ti go off the clock. The SECOND that was clear they should have notified me that this "same-day service" would not be same-day. Instead, I was up waiting for my truck to come at 10pm and only after calling the office (no response), calling the customer service line that's "24/7" (no response), calling the mover (no response), texting the mover (no response), I had someone call the mover from a different number and THEN he answered and told me that my wouldn't arrive until the next day at 8am and that they would call an hour before. AGAIN lack of communication. The next day, I didn't receive communication until 8:30 that they wouldn't be there until 11:30am. Because of these lies, miscommunications, and delays, not only was I charged DOUBLE my quote, but I also had to pay to stay in a hotel because my belongings were not where they were supposed to be. In short, either: 1. Someone in their office (Corena is my best guess) messed up in her job or deliberately misquoted us to secure our business and then covered it up to blame us. 2. This was a genuine error initially, then their app glitched, and THEN someone (Corena or Tonja, at this point) covered it up to blame us. The actual packers and movers did a fine job, but the office workers are extortionists who lie to you and blame you for their circumstances that make you pay ever increasing costs. They refused to discuss any sort of renumeration for experience. Would never recommend.

Mason, Chris and Chase are phenomenal! Weâ ve moved more times than I care to count, never been a return customer with any other moving company. Having said that, Iâ d highly recommend All My Sons to anybody looking for moving services. Weâ re beyond grateful for this crew and all their hard work. Professional and punctual!

All My Sons Moving was the worst experience ever , they just wasted my money and time , they destroyed a very valuable desk for us that money will not be able to replace.

Scam moved across the street. All furniture is packed wrapped and prepped. Sitting in one room in the house with 6 boxes. They packed all but 6 objects within 45 min. The office called, I said they are moving quickly and almost finished. They then slowed down and started taking long restroom breaks. Not finishing packing up the last 6 objects for 1 hour. Then they came to the new apartment and took another half-hour break So it took 3.5 hours. And they charge you before you are finished putting stuff up. How do you know what it will take unless that is the plan to take a long time?

These two young men were outstanding they were so professional, kind and caring. They did not take breaks and did exactly what we asked them with no issues. If you need movers, these are the guys to use!

Customer service is outstanding. We booked last minute and they were able to come through for us. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. The crew was hard-working and pleasant.

The china cabinet was dropped and scratched on the top. The bedroom floor was scratched up pretty good, when the bed was disassembled. That was a somewhat new floor. The worse part was a deep scratch in the coffee table when the glass was being put back on. I thought I could cover it up but was unsuccessful.

The customer service really can't be beat. Fast and friendly. I would hire again.

This was one of four companies interviewed. They were the only company that came to estimate the job with a tablet and program that gave us an immediate estimate. The others took notes and/or pictures and gave us an estimate later that evening or the next day. All My Sons followed up the immediate estimate with an email as well. The team of six who came to pack and load was excellent, both Donald and Melvin did a fantastic job they had the contents of a 2900 square foot house packed and loaded within 6 hours. Someone was always in communication or just a phone call away. When the team of four unloaded the following day at our new location, it went very smoothly and quickly. They unloaded the entire truck, set up the bedroom and were gone within 3 hours. They worked so efficiently they actually saved us money. I can highly recommend Andy and his "A" team. Who hears so many negative comments when researching moving companies, you're never quite sure you made the correct choice. We certainly made an excellent choice by choosing All My Sons Moving and Storage of Jacksonville. Thank you Andy and all the team.

Very slow and I got overcharged. I moved to Jacksonville and another company packed my truck in less than 2 hours with 2 men.This company had 3 men and arrived at my storage unit and took till 1:30pm to pack the truck and deliver to my condo less stuff than original.
