Dee specifically has been very professional and punctual and has made my job of being a landlord thousands of miles away, stress free. I am thankful for her and the All County Staff and would certainly refer them to others and use them again without reservations.

+ -1 moreDee Campbell / Property Manager First they took care of removing the tenant with a lawyer and a court according to the law, and afterward I had to renovate and arrange the house.dee my property managerTook care of professionals for the renovation of the house and prepared for rent while under control and then published the house and found me renting quickly with a very orderly and professional lease.I personally am very very pleased with the service and the attitude I receive at the company includes bookkeeping And in particular Dee Campbell / Property Manager regards [redacted].

+ -1 moreMy properties are currently in a bad situation. I was not earning money for quite a while now, Actually I'm still in the process of investing in 'rent ready' procedure. That is mainly due to misleading and a lack of proficiency of Tiltan, the company that sold me the houses as well as their poor relations with your company. That cussed a great dill of disappointment and frustration. However, since I started working personally with Angie McKee as my property manager, things look better. I feel that I have a serious partner to address my doubts and questions, that has given me a clear realistic picture of the conditions of the properties and the means to take in order to solve problems. Angie is doing all that with a sense of caring and understanding along with high punctuality & professionalism. I can only hope that this will lead to an end of all works and preparations and finally the start of a steady and profitable renting period. With regards, Rafi Toren

They found a renter, handled all the contractual issues, and have handled all the maintenance issues as well. We had some damage during Hurricane Irma and they were always there helping the tenants and us figure out the best way to get repairs done quickly. In particular, Paula Givler has been incredibly responsive and attentive to me and our tenants. She has worked all hours to answer questions and get results. I can't thank her enough for such great attention! Thanks, Paula! Keep up the good work!

+ -1 moreWe have been working with All County for several months now. They are the property management for a majority of our portfolio and so far the service has exceeded expectations. Angie with All County answers our questions and concerns at any time of the day. She makes sure to convey all the current issues at our properties as they occur and has the best interest of the portfolio. Since we are fairly new to the market it seems sometimes the handy man quotes do take sometime to come across but I know with time All County will expedite this process. Overall very attentive and we are happy with the service that all county and Angie are providing.

Description of Work: This company is outstanding. I have some things on my credit that has negatively impacted me from getting approved for a rental property but Mrs. Shantrail and Mrs. Paula never give up on me. They ask me questions. I answer them honestly. They given me time to show proof of any documentation that were causing bad credibility to my name being falsify by another rental company. This company had the upmost patience to work with me and even give me information I had no knowledge of to fix the issues like phone numbers etc. They are very understanding and very caring. I recommend anyone to this company because they will never in a life time find a company that is warm hearted, caring people like them. They want to help you more than anything. Not like other company that run your credit and deny you and not listen as to you or ask "WHY". This company will take the time to listen to all your frustrations and not rush you. I wish I could hug them because they help me more than I ever expected. So if you're applying with this company. You're in great caring hands because they will go beyond and above to help you and not give up on you period. I give them over 100℅ rating even though it's not enough for what they have done for me during a Stressful situation . A big Thank you again Mrs.Shantrail and Mrs.Paula.

+ -1 morePaula was extremely responsive and did an amazing job communicating and putting me at ease with getting the home rented. She did a thorough check of credit, income, and rental history resulting in great tenants.
Description of Work: Paula was able to find a renter and get them in the home very quickly. She always answered and responded to calls quickly and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received.
