Description of Work: The AC would run but not cool. After a through check for both the air handlerly and the compressor it was determined that the capacitor was burned out and then it was replaced. The unit started cooling right away and then the tech rechecked the freon which was fine. Everything worked great and we couldn't be happier. The was no effort to up sell us for services we didn't need.

The appointment was prompt & the technician was very professional & the work completed to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: They set a time of late morning but by 3pm no one had showed. When I called back the person who answered the phone said they called and left me a msg to which I assured him that never happen because my phone was in my hand literally all day. He got defensive an snippy but I let it go. He had someone out within 30 mins and he had fixed it in less than 30. I thought the price was a bit on the high side but we were melting. The tech was very friendly and professional.
