I purchased the big deal certificate but after speaking on the phone they felt it was probably a duct issue and they do not service ducts. He was quit to advise I can get a refund on the certificate rather than him come out and waste my money.

On his first visit, Mr. Cicero arrived punctually at 8:30 am to do the job. He checked the evaporator coils for cleanliness, cleaned the drain pipe with bleach and checked the condenser operation and reported that the refrigerant level was ok. He left his calling card and left after only 25 minutes. Later that day, I rechecked and printed out the list of tasks that were to be performed and, as I expected, he had completed only a fraction of those required tasks. I called him the next morning, 05/30/2014 and explained that there must have been a misunderstanding of what was to be done. He asked me to pass on what I thought had not been done. When I read him several of the tasks on the list, he agreed that he needed to come back out. He arrived later in the morning, after he finished another job, and started doing the tasks that were on the list. He went into the attic and checked for any leakage from the duct work. When he first went into the attic the A/C system was not putting out air so it would have been hard to detect any leaks. I thought that he would have lowered the thermostat to turn the system on. He did lower the system when he started checking the condenser. One of the tasks to be done on the condenser was to check the fan, remove any debris and clean the coils. In order to do this properly, as I have witnessed other technicians in the past, the top of the unit must be removed. Then the inspections and cleaning can be done from the inside of the unit. Mr. Cicero did not remove the top of the condenser and so, any debris that was there is still there. He cleaned the coils from the outside using a hose while the unit was running. Any soil or debris that was lodged in the coils will now be inside the unit with the other debris that was not removed.

Rick Jr. was extremely professional and he arrived on time. He's very knowledgeable and he let me know my 14 year old system might have some problems in the future based on age. I appreciated the info and I'll definitely use the company again.

As usual, the technician responded within a couple of hours of the call. The starter motor on the outside unit had burned out. He charged me the cost of the new motor less the cost of the pre-paid service call, and did not charge me for labor. Excellent service and very fast response as always.

The service turned out fine. They were timely, punctual, professional, and they did a good job.

It was awesome. The guys who came out were really knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up having them come back out to install a whole new A/C system (heat pump & air handler).

Rick Jr was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the unit. I had dealt with another company and found Air Services to be very professional and competent. I am planning on using them going forward for any service needed on the units.

It worked really well. It was a good experience. They were prompt, quick, they came in and did what they said they were gonna do. They came out shortly after I got the coupon. I thought the price was really good. They were here right on time.

Rick Jr. was professional and extremely efficient in diagnosing my AC unit and concerns. He advised of the mismatched units, and the fact that my heat pump was under sized (2.5 Tons)for the home. Could have offered to repair and fix for $500, but would have only been a short term solution, and resulted in very high JEA bills with the system not being large enough to supply air to my entire home (1950SF). Had to replace my unti with a newer model. Would recommend them due to their honesty, timeliness and professionalism.

The service as usual from Rick and his father exceeded expectations, which is why I ALWAYS use this company for my needs as well as my Mother's needs. Rick scheduled the service when I wanted it. Did an outstanding job in a difficult situation since my other half works out of the house, he had to control the noise and he did. Rick was on-time even though I was not and completed the new heat pump/AC install in a very favorable time-frame. Thank you again Rick for a job well done!

Responded on time provided timely service and installation. Service unit and provided advice. Came back several weeks later for minor issue that was not part of original service and fixed issue free of charge. Good old fashion service that will work with the issue till it is resolved.

He did fine. It was reasonably priced. He came and did the service and was knowledgeable. I have no complaints. He didn't really do an air conditioner tune-up, he just put the thermostat in. My biggest concern was to get this new thermostat in, but it did say that they were going to do air conditioning tune-up but it never happened really. I wasn't aware of that. The thermostat is working fine. It was just a standard replacement of thermostat. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Rick was awesome to deal with, very understanding and professional. He inspected the duct work in the attic and, contrary to other "professionals," didn't try to sell me a whole new system or even suggest I have the duct work replaced immediately. He installed the new thermostat and walked me through its programming in less than an hour. (I LOVE my new thermostat, by the way!) He was very personable and didn't mind my dog's attempts to "help." I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever requesting his assistance in the future! Thanks for a terrific experience, Rick!

Service was good. Rick did everything he proposed. Diagnosed and repaired our heat pump system. Brought it back to life.

The experience turned out pretty good. I thought he was ethical, because he found the problem to be loose contact, and it was very simple. I was worried that he would make it a huge problem, and charge me for it, but he just showed me what to do.

It went great. I moved into this house and didn't know a lot about this new A/C system. He was very knowledgeable about it and gave me advice. He gave advice for a UV light to help with air quality, as well, which I've done. He was very helpful.

.The only reason I gave them a B on punctuality is because they were a little late (no more than an hour or so), but that is to be expected this time of year when they are busy. Rick replaced a broken drain line and inspected the rest of the air conditioning system. He also found that the evaporator coil to be clogged, which we plan on having serviced soon. I was very happy with the service and and thought his fee was reasonable. He was very professional and had our system up and running again in no time. I would recommend his services and would call them again when need be. I give his company an A for a job well done.
