I repair the mechanical portions of the sliding glass doors, including: rollers, track, locks, and frames. I also repair the frames of doors that have been improperly installed that result in the pinching in of sliding doors. I also pull the bottom sill plates out and give them a good foundation as well as a proper job caulking.
I replace some door glass. I am performing the niche service of sliding glass door repair over wide geographic area. To repair sliding glass doors economically, I stack appointments in areas and stock enough parts to fix most any doors. I generally do not have to make a second trip. The benefit of my service is providing the customer with 26 years of door repair experience in an economical package. The only downside is waiting for an appointment in an area.

"Sorry i can only cover so much geography."
"It is true ASGDR has moved its base of operations to its busiest market coastal Georgia and Florida. However we have a few comdos that bundle appointments for us which we make the trip up and service. We also add miscellaneous residential appointments as we still get many referrals. All of which means we only fix doors in the Atlanta area every few weeks. We realize that this business model is inconvenient and unworkable for many needing emergency services. We apologize to [Member name] for his discomfort and hopes his door repair alternative is more available. Being the only door repairman at this company i can scarcely keep up with my southern market. For those needing repairs and wanting the most qualified technician please be prepared to to give me some time to schedule things out. I can only handle so much and have found that this is not a trade that is easily transferred to replacements."
"I believe I also fixed his track and replaced a lock at this pricepoint."
"Yes, it is true the sliding glass door repairman has concerns for his country that sometimes slip out. It sounds like it is a good thing we did not make it to the subject of religion. Yes, it is true, our company is not rushing to the bank on each check earned. Normal practice is to make one bank run a week, usually the first of the week. We apologize for not cashing her check in soon enough fashion."
