Awesome!! Wade is the master choreographer who oversaw all the trades and work.  He worked with our empty house timeline prior to household goods delivery what worked great for our rather unique circumstance. Made recommendations on changes to consider as the situation required.  Wade was in constant communication with us which ensured we knew updated status daily and was most appreciated.  Wade is a certified pro who care about his customers, works well with other trades, knows his profession and delivers a high quality product.  AAA Rehab will be the go-to folks for all our future rehab requirements.

I had approximately 235 square feet of tile replaced in my condo by AAA Advanced  Residential Rehab.  Wade Tiller did an outstanding job of coordinating the work performed by his OUTSTANDING team of professionals.  Mike and Brandon were responsible for the majority of the work, as they had to remove the old ceramic tile and replace it with porcelain tile (diagonal layout).  It turned out beautiful!  Wade then sent carpenter Rick in to replace the shoe molding.  All of the work was completed in a timely fashion and Wade kept me informed on where they were at and what they would be doing each day.  Every member of the team was friendly and professional and every facet of the work accomplished was done so with a keen sense of attention to detail.  They even put shoe molding in the closets!  Once the shoe molding was complete, Wade then coordinated with a painter to come in and paint the shoe molding and the baseboards.  All I can say is wow ? what a difference!  I am very pleased with not only the work accomplished, but also with the way Wade coordinated everything.  Almost forgot to mention the clean up part.  I had told Wade that I would do the clean up, but being the professional he is, he insisted that that I allow them to do that also.  It was very obvious that each member of his team strived to produce perfection in their trade, and they mastered it very well.  I will definitely be calling upon Advanced Residential Rehab for my future projects.  If you are currently looking for custom work to be performed by a friendly, reliable and professional team of individuals, look no further!  Thanks again Wade!

Service of installing pre-purchased shutters was provided by Wade's associate Rick. Rick arrived on time for estimate and for the installation. He was a nice guy and professional. The job was not too difficult and I did not haggle for price. I felt I could have done the work myself had I not been concerned about the stucco leaking in the future. I decided to choose a professional to provide the service due to the stucco exterior. The job was done well from what I could examine with the naked eye. The real test of the installation will be down the road. The job was completed in 4 hours as promised. Aside from a few old screws found later, clean up was good. I would recommend AAA Residential Rehab to others. I am happy with how the house looks. Wade appears to have several capabilities in house and are well connected should they not have someone to fit your needs. Worth a call in my opinion.

Wade is a craftsman who pays attention to the details.  In examining our home, he identified sections of T-111 panels that needed to be replaced, noticed rusty nails protruding through several panels, pointed out places that needed to be caulked, and commented throughout on his approach to making a home look good as new.  His crew then sanded the peeling paint, measured, cut, installed and primed all replaced panels, pressure washed the entire house with heavy chemicals to kill mold and mildew, rinsed everything to remove the residue, treated all visible rust with a seven step corrosion control process, and then applied two separate thick coats of a very high quality paint using a brush and roll technique. The crew took their time and definitely took pride in their work. Each day they checked in with us, did their best not to be disruptive, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves hauling away all debris. Not only that, we live on a corner lot and they pressure washed the driveway and the entire sidewalk in front of the house and down around the corner.  We are very, very pleased with Wade and his team and would highly recommend them based on our experience. They are excellent to deal with and provide superior customer service.  We feel that we definitely got our money's worth and would use them again.

I needed a fast turn around on a tiled glass back splash in my kitchen and Wade returned my call very quickly.  Tile installation was accomplished by his crew within a couple of days and they did a great job!   They showed up on time and was done by the end of the day.  Follow up by the GM (Wade) to ensure that everything was accomplished to my satisfaction was done immediately after the tile installers left.   Very good customer service!  Recommended!

Wade's team of 2 painters (the 2 Mike's) painted the interior of our house over the course of about a week.  Although we received bids for a lower price, our gut feel was to go with Wade's bid based on Angie's List reviews.  We are so glad we chose Wade and his team.   They were extremely professional and meticulous with their work.  They paid special attention to prep work and did dry wall work to repair deficiencies and unevenness in the dry wall that I'm sure most painters would not have spent the time to complete.  We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone.  In addition to being professional, our painters were also very friendly.
If you want a basic "one-coat" paint job, I'm sure there are cheaper painters out there; but, if you want a great quality and professional result, I highly recommend you go with Wade and his team -- we are so glad we did.

His employees are great, but the power-wash team tried out their equipment on the driveway and now I must power-wash the entire two-car driveway to even out the color.  Wade told me to purchase two gallons of one color and one of the other (I had one gallon of the second color left over from painting the house) .  One gallon of each was plenty.  Jacksonville, FL Home Depot (store manager Nick, probably prompted by the cashier, never responded to my in-store calls and needs to be a greeter at Wal-Mart in order to learn about customer service) refused to take back the two gallons even though they are good neutrals, so now I am out $85.00.  This cost is included in the Cost of Service.  The painters were VERY discriminating, quiet, polite and professional.  Their work is impeccable.

I initially contacted AAA Advanced Residential Rehabilitation for a bathroom remodel for which I needed a general contractor. I found Wade Tiller on Angie's List while searching for a general contractor. I was impressed with his scores and the comments. Wade was punctual and professional when he came to my home. After discussing the project, he immediately informed me that he was not a general contractor and gave me some names to contact for the work I wanted done. After speaking with him, we discussed another job that I had wanted done. I wanted the wallpaper removed in my dining room along with having the walls and trim painted. He quickly provided me with a written estimate via email that included all details for the job. Once we settled on a price, he provided me with a list of supplies that he would need for this job. Unfortunately, he underestimated the amount of paint that would be needed. His worker did not tell us until he arrived on the last day of the job which was inconvenient as we had to get to work. The work was completed on time. The job was professional and his workers were professional. The dining room looks great. The crew also did a nice job of cleaning up after the work was done. All in all I was extremely pleased and would use AAA Advanced Residential Rehabilitation in the future.

Dan who is part of Wade at AAA's Flooring division performed a complete refinish on my hardwood flooring in my house. Our hardwood floors were a little over 10 years old and have gotten quite beat up over the years from traffic and pets. Dan and his partner started work on a Monday. They came in and completely sanded down the original floors to the bare wood and wow was I surprised at the lack of dust they generated. I had heard horror stories from others who have taken on similar projects but they put up plastic walls to stop anything from getting into the kitchen and the walls in the open areas actually stayed pretty dust free. After the initial sanding Dan was kind enough to put down multiple stains on the floor so my wife and I could decide on a color of our liking (Medium Brown was the winner). Tuesday consisted of them staining the floors, and Wednesday and Thursday was the 3 coats of finish on top of the stain. We were back in the house by Thursday night and the floors look amazing. It completely transformed the way our house looks. I would highly recommend Wade & Dan to anyone looking to have a similar project done!

,Let me say that there are some projects that are perfect for DIY--refinishing floors isn't one of them.   We called Wade at AAA after our very unsuccessful attempt at refinishing the floors.    We  made a huge mess of our wood floors.     We are from the north and were unfamiliar with engineered wood; didn't even know it existed.     We found out when we sanded through the wood layer on approx. 25 pieces of "wood."     Wade brought his floor guy, Dan, and we discussed the options.     Right away, we knew we had a winner.    It might not necessarily have been the least expensive option, but it was the right option.     There is a right way to do things and a wrong way.    We didn't really want any shortcuts.     Dan proposed removing and replacing every single piece of damaged wood and then sanding and sealing.     We had other quotes and suggestions, but they were inexpensive fixes and seemed to be the easy way to do it--just not the right way, at least in our opinion.

Dan and his crew showed up right on schedule and got to work immediately.      The first order of business was to remove every piece of damaged "wood."   It is amazing how skillfully they did that without damaging any of the surrounding pieces of wood.     Next, they installed new pieces of wood--no easy task.      It required a lot of measuring, sawing, planing to get each piece to fit perfectly.    It was like a jigsaw puzzle.     It could not have been easy.      These guys really know what they are doing.

After all of the wood was replaced they sanded all of the floors and then applied 3 coats of Bona finish--sanding in between each coat.     I should mention that they cleaned up and vacuumed every single day.      Not once did they leave a mess.     In fact, one of the workers took some of our garbage out to the street for us--talk about going the extra mile.

We could not have been more pleased with the end result.   Our floors are absolutely gorgeous.     I wish we had taken before and after pictures because the transformation was nothing short of miraculous.    I cannot say enough good things about AAA's flooring crew.   Wade and Dan really came through for us.

this is a followup to my 8-5-2013 review.
we had wade do the finish painting for our kitchen remodel after he had done the wallpaper removal and ceiling work.  wade's crew is awesome.  he was able to schedule his people around my timeline with absolutely no problem.  the crew that did the kitchen had to prime with both latex and oil and then paint.  the work was done quickly and the result is beautiful.  the second crew did my foyer/stair/hall and again, the work is beautiful.
both groups were punctual and professional.  and to top it off, every single person that i dealt with--wade and each painter--was also friendly and very likable!  of course that is not necessary for a quality job, but it certainly makes the work more enjoyable!
wade has a good thing going on and I highly recommend him.

Response from AAA Advanced Residential Rehab LLC

"The customer stated that she was remodeling a kitchen and was looking for someone that could get started quickly, and was budget friendly. I tried to explain to her that we are usually booked a few weeks out and we use custom installers and are usually not on the lower side of prices. I tried to give her a number to someone that was more suited to her immediate needs, because I did not feel like we could help her. I understand that we cannot help every customer, but was happy to give her someone that could help her in this situation. I'm sorry she took offense to this, but would prefer to be up front with her early on so she could get started in the right direction."

Initially Wade came to my house for an estimate on this and another job. He is very professional and courteous and was on time. After that I took a couple of weeks to decide on which job to tackle first. When I was ready I contacted Wade and he immediately scheduled the carpenter for a time that I was available. The carpenter arrived on time and was friendly. He re-framed an out of square wall that also contained a set of french doors leading to my home office. He was very meticulous with all of his measurements and making sure the wall was square, level and plumb. When he was finished with his work he took the time to clean up after himself. After he was completed Wade contacted me to schedule the drywall worker.
This worker was also on time and he was friendly. He was also very meticulous in making sure that everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. After he left Wade contacted me again, this time to schedule the framing worker to come back and install the new door jam that he had built for my french doors. He was again on time and friendly and completed his work quickly.
The entire job was completed to my satisfaction. Wade and his crew were all very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent,  Arrived exactly when he said he would.  Wade and his helper were polite and professional.  The job was flawless.  They cleaned up and  had my furniture back in place.  They even vacummed.  I was very surprised that they covered my dark red walls with less than 2 gallons of paint.  I would most definitely use him again and refer him to anyone.  This was a great service.

Wade's team did a fantastic job with being our main point of contact on our master bath remodel.  His team performed the task of designing and installing a new stand up shower which was converted from a standard bathtub.  He directed us to his wholesaler for the tile and materials and guiding us towards the right other subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, drywall and mold testing.  We are thrilled and happy with our brand new master bath.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Wade and AAA.  This is truly an excellent company and should be highly sought after for any home remodel needs, especially in regard to smoke damage.
We came back to our home after 3 years of renting it out to find EXTENSIVE smoke and tobacco residue damage.  The walls and ceilings were covered with residue, and our home wreaked like an ash tray.  In addition to replacing the floor, we were in desperate need for someone with the painting expertise to handle this job.  Wade was definitely the guy to call!
He made a personal visit to our home just a few days after the initial call.  After measuring and surveying the home, he came up with a plan to handle the problem.  Of particular importance was his expertise in this area, as the job would prove to require cleaning, oil-based priming of all surfaces, and of course the finishing coats.  Wade new exactly what paints to use, and his knowledge of the local consumer paint market landed us a great deal for some really great premium paints.  He provided me with a detailed list of the paints and supplies needed to get the job done, all of which I was able to purchase at a reduced cost.
Wade and his crew got to work right away, which included an extensive preparation to brown paper all floors, remove all covers from the walls, and protect all other surfaces.  I can't over-emphasize the meticulous nature to which they went about protecting our home from the oil-based primer.  This painstaking effort was crucial!  The crew then went to work on painting all ceilings, and eventually all walls.  They noticed things weren't initially perfect with the ceiling, so Wade and his crew went the extra mile out of their own time and pocket to get it just right.  They even noticed some defects in the drywall along the way, and worked expeditiously to repair these so they could do the job right the first time.
Overall, this was not a simple, standard paint job.  It took the crew about 5-6 days to complete.  As a bonus, they even did some paint work on the trim and doors.  This wasn't work specified in the initial contract, but rather something Wade personally wanted to see to in order to give the house the best look possible.  There was some minor damage to our new laminate floors along the way, but Wade saw to it to have this repaired in a timely manner at his own cost.  This level of professionalism is hard to find these days.
I went into this project just wanting the smoke smell to be gone.  What I got out of it was not only complete resolution of our smoke problem, but also some fantastic looking walls and ceilings!  It's easy to tell that Wade has a tremendous amount of pride in what he does, and invests a great deal of effort into every home he works on.  I really felt that he treated our home as if it was his home.  I highly recommend AAA for any paint service, but feel they're an absolute MUST when it comes to repairing smoke damage in a home.

I have a $30,000 plus rehab and unlike most contractors he was honest enough to tell me he was to busy to take on the work which is highly unusual for a contractor. I respect the fact he was honest and did not string me along. He called back right away unlike most.

The finished product is great, it just took us a while to get there. Wade did his best to keep me informed of their schedule but it was always a moving target. Of course some of this was due to weather, but it seemed he and his painters were not always on the same page. This caused an issue for me because I had to keep boarding my dog to allow them to paint the door. If I didn't have a dog I probably wouldn't have even noticed. They went above and beyond the call of duty pressure washing the house twice to make sure it was ready for painting, In the end the house looks great and I feel as if I was treated fairly.

We had scheduled a day for two painters for a week earlier but Wade called the day before and predicted heavy rain for that day and advised that we cancel since half of the work was to be outside.  He was right, that afternoon it never stopped raining.  We reserved a day the following week.  That day was great weather however only one painter showed up.  This was disappointing because I had a tight schedule and was already behind with half the labor available.  The one painter did what he could but it left the rest for me to do since I had deadlines.  I finished the painting the next couple of days.  Wade called a few days later and explained that the second painter had suddenly walked and he couldn't get someone else.  I told him that I had to do the rest myself.  He responded with giving me a discounted fee for the job and that made things right.  I was happy with the overall outcome.  I understand things happen like that in the trades but Wade did the right thing in our opinion to make up for things.
