I had approximately 235 square feet of tile replaced in my condo by AAA Advanced Residential Rehab. Wade Tiller did an outstanding job of coordinating the work performed by his OUTSTANDING team of professionals. Mike and Brandon were responsible for the majority of the work, as they had to remove the old ceramic tile and replace it with porcelain tile (diagonal layout). It turned out beautiful! Wade then sent carpenter Rick in to replace the shoe molding. All of the work was completed in a timely fashion and Wade kept me informed on where they were at and what they would be doing each day. Every member of the team was friendly and professional and every facet of the work accomplished was done so with a keen sense of attention to detail. They even put shoe molding in the closets! Once the shoe molding was complete, Wade then coordinated with a painter to come in and paint the shoe molding and the baseboards. All I can say is wow ? what a difference! I am very pleased with not only the work accomplished, but also with the way Wade coordinated everything. Almost forgot to mention the clean up part. I had told Wade that I would do the clean up, but being the professional he is, he insisted that that I allow them to do that also. It was very obvious that each member of his team strived to produce perfection in their trade, and they mastered it very well. I will definitely be calling upon Advanced Residential Rehab for my future projects. If you are currently looking for custom work to be performed by a friendly, reliable and professional team of individuals, look no further! Thanks again Wade!
If you want a basic "one-coat" paint job, I'm sure there are cheaper painters out there; but, if you want a great quality and professional result, I highly recommend you go with Wade and his team -- we are so glad we did.
Dan and his crew showed up right on schedule and got to work immediately. The first order of business was to remove every piece of damaged "wood." It is amazing how skillfully they did that without damaging any of the surrounding pieces of wood. Next, they installed new pieces of wood--no easy task. It required a lot of measuring, sawing, planing to get each piece to fit perfectly. It was like a jigsaw puzzle. It could not have been easy. These guys really know what they are doing.
After all of the wood was replaced they sanded all of the floors and then applied 3 coats of Bona finish--sanding in between each coat. I should mention that they cleaned up and vacuumed every single day. Not once did they leave a mess. In fact, one of the workers took some of our garbage out to the street for us--talk about going the extra mile.
We could not have been more pleased with the end result. Our floors are absolutely gorgeous. I wish we had taken before and after pictures because the transformation was nothing short of miraculous. I cannot say enough good things about AAA's flooring crew. Wade and Dan really came through for us.
we had wade do the finish painting for our kitchen remodel after he had done the wallpaper removal and ceiling work. wade's crew is awesome. he was able to schedule his people around my timeline with absolutely no problem. the crew that did the kitchen had to prime with both latex and oil and then paint. the work was done quickly and the result is beautiful. the second crew did my foyer/stair/hall and again, the work is beautiful.
both groups were punctual and professional. and to top it off, every single person that i dealt with--wade and each painter--was also friendly and very likable! of course that is not necessary for a quality job, but it certainly makes the work more enjoyable!
wade has a good thing going on and I highly recommend him.
"The customer stated that she was remodeling a kitchen and was looking for someone that could get started quickly, and was budget friendly. I tried to explain to her that we are usually booked a few weeks out and we use custom installers and are usually not on the lower side of prices. I tried to give her a number to someone that was more suited to her immediate needs, because I did not feel like we could help her. I understand that we cannot help every customer, but was happy to give her someone that could help her in this situation. I'm sorry she took offense to this, but would prefer to be up front with her early on so she could get started in the right direction."
This worker was also on time and he was friendly. He was also very meticulous in making sure that everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. After he left Wade contacted me again, this time to schedule the framing worker to come back and install the new door jam that he had built for my french doors. He was again on time and friendly and completed his work quickly.
The entire job was completed to my satisfaction. Wade and his crew were all very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.
We came back to our home after 3 years of renting it out to find EXTENSIVE smoke and tobacco residue damage. The walls and ceilings were covered with residue, and our home wreaked like an ash tray. In addition to replacing the floor, we were in desperate need for someone with the painting expertise to handle this job. Wade was definitely the guy to call!
He made a personal visit to our home just a few days after the initial call. After measuring and surveying the home, he came up with a plan to handle the problem. Of particular importance was his expertise in this area, as the job would prove to require cleaning, oil-based priming of all surfaces, and of course the finishing coats. Wade new exactly what paints to use, and his knowledge of the local consumer paint market landed us a great deal for some really great premium paints. He provided me with a detailed list of the paints and supplies needed to get the job done, all of which I was able to purchase at a reduced cost.
Wade and his crew got to work right away, which included an extensive preparation to brown paper all floors, remove all covers from the walls, and protect all other surfaces. I can't over-emphasize the meticulous nature to which they went about protecting our home from the oil-based primer. This painstaking effort was crucial! The crew then went to work on painting all ceilings, and eventually all walls. They noticed things weren't initially perfect with the ceiling, so Wade and his crew went the extra mile out of their own time and pocket to get it just right. They even noticed some defects in the drywall along the way, and worked expeditiously to repair these so they could do the job right the first time.
Overall, this was not a simple, standard paint job. It took the crew about 5-6 days to complete. As a bonus, they even did some paint work on the trim and doors. This wasn't work specified in the initial contract, but rather something Wade personally wanted to see to in order to give the house the best look possible. There was some minor damage to our new laminate floors along the way, but Wade saw to it to have this repaired in a timely manner at his own cost. This level of professionalism is hard to find these days.
I went into this project just wanting the smoke smell to be gone. What I got out of it was not only complete resolution of our smoke problem, but also some fantastic looking walls and ceilings! It's easy to tell that Wade has a tremendous amount of pride in what he does, and invests a great deal of effort into every home he works on. I really felt that he treated our home as if it was his home. I highly recommend AAA for any paint service, but feel they're an absolute MUST when it comes to repairing smoke damage in a home.
